Reg: Allotment of revised targets to Banks under Annual Credit plan (ACp) 2022-23

Booklet of Annual Credit Plan (ACP) for FY 2022-23 released by the Hon,ble Chief
Minister of the state in the 182nd SLBC meeting held on 24105 12022. The State credit plan Fy
2022-23 has been realigned and synchronized by SLBC forum with the credit needs identified
for various segment of the society by the implementing agencies of the Govemment's
department and Potential Linked Plan of NABARD. Accordingly, ACp has been fixed at Rs
2,53,449 crore with an increase of l9% from the previous year's credit plan.

2. Out of the total outlay, an amount of Rs 2, 23,449 cr.orc, Rs 1, 64,761 crore and Rs
44,945 crore has been allocated for priority sector. agriculture and allied activities and MSME
sectors respectively.

3. In view ofthe above, it is advised that;

o Allocate the revised targets to the member banks. In the total credit plan
outlay, the share of Public Sector Banks, Private Sector Banks, Co-
operative Bankso Regional Rural Banks and Small Finance Banks is 607o,
l6.loh, 13.2Vo,9.3o/o and 1.4%o respectively. It should be kept in mind
while allocating the revised target,
o Revised target to be communicated to the member banks.
. Feed the revised bank-wise target into SLBC web portal.

4. Please complete the above tasks latest by 10106/2022. Needless to mention here that
progress under achievement of the targets to be reviewed invariably. District-wise and
segment-wise revised target is enclosed. Digital copy ofACP Booklet is available on the SLBC
website.
