THE EFFECT OF HEALTH PROMOTION WITH ANIME VIDEO

ON PREGNANT MOTHERS KNOWLEDGE OF
ANC DURING THE NEW ADAPTION OF
THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC
(at PMB Nining Ratna sari, Amd. Keb. Surabaya city)

ABSTRAK
The SARS Cov-2 virus epidemic since 2020 has also made POGI apply
guidelenes for antenatal care examination in health facilities unfortunately, the
ANC modification is not fully know by pregnant mother’s, as happened in PMB
Ninin Ratna sari, Amd. Keb. Preliminary study in june 2021 show that as many
as 6 respondens (60%) of 10 pregnant mother’s had less knowledge about the
ANC modification. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of
health promotion with anime video on pregnanth mother’s knowledge of ANC
during the new adaption of the covid 19 at PMB Nining Ratna sari, Amd. Keb.
Surabaya
The study uses a quantitatife design with a pre-experiment approach. Data
collection using the questionnaires, data were taken on 40 pregnant mother’s
who performed and ANC pregnancy check up at PMB Nining Ratna sari, Amd.
Keb. Surabaya city as many as 40 respondent and the result were analyzed
descriptively and the difference test using the wilcoxon test.
Wilcoxon analysis show that there are different in the knowledge of pregnant
mother’s about ANC during the pandemic before and after. Provision of health
promotion with the PMB anime video media PMB Nining Ratna sari, Amd.
Keb. Surabaya (p value : 0,000).
The result of the study are expected to make midwifes more active and
creative in dissaminating new knowledge about antenatal care, both in terms of
policy government during the covid 19 pandemic.
