Developed Quality Management documents, namely Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and
relate Checklists, Site Quality Plans, Manufacturing Plans etc.
Reviewed the construction drawings.
Corresponded with contractor’s Engineer and internal disciplines (engineering, construction,
scheduling, etc.) for the preparation of ITP.
Raised Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and monitored them for their effective closeout.
Ensured the QMS documents are reviewed internally and get approved by the contractor and
owner.
Ensured that the project personnel are aware of ITP and carry out inspections and tests as per
approved ITP.
Conducted regular site visits and followed the construction activities.
Conducted Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before delivery material's, ensures that the
product can consistently meet the expectations.
Conducted QMS & Quality Control induction for staff.
Conducted Quality Audit at site periodically.
Coordination with IPMT and contractors for inspection activities
Coordination with surveyor regarding schedule joint survey followed the construction
activities before joint inspection with contractor and owner.make ITS (Inspection & Test
Schedule) for the next 2 weeks' work
make summary Piling Platform (RFCC New Flare) and summary compressive strength test

and related Checklists, Site Quality Plans, Manufacturing Plans etc.

specifications
- Coordination with Surveyor for elevation, coordinate and dimension work item
before pouring concrete
- Coordination with Safety Officer, regarding rules at the location and completeness
of PPE
