The paid tuition fee is non- refundable if the foreign student is unable or unwiling to continue hisfher education for any reason, and is expelled from the education institution on the grounds mentioned above. 3.3. Disputes arising between the parties as a result of breach of the terms and conditions of the contract are considered at the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 3.4. This Contract was compiled in 2 identical copies in Azerbaijani and English languages, one copy is kept in the personal folder of the foreign student at the education institution, and the other one is kept by the foreign student himself/herself.
