During this summer the SALFC FACULTY and STAFF had to attend seminar.

This seminar is given by our school with the resource speaker Dr. Miller F. Peckly.
He tackled a variety of topic, from Faculty engagement to How to write a book. In order to increase our
knowledge, skills and values.

During seminar our resource speaker share his experience as a resource speaker, author, lecturer and as
a businessman.His experience made me wanted to pursue even more on my career. It made me realize
that hardship is not a hindrance to obtain success as long as you continue seek knowledge/wisdom. And
also it made me realize that being responsible with your work and being nice to your workmate is a
good values of a teacher and to create the impossible into a possible.
Because I believe that good environment in a workplace can create a better contribution to the growth
of the institution. And also during seminar the resource speaker shared to us some tips how to write a
book and how to become an author of our own book.

This seminar make us grow as an individual and increase our knowledge in different areas. It showed us
different techniques that will be use by us in the future. This way we can pass our knowledge to the next
generations and just like the speaker does, be a role model for them. As a professional , be a guide and
tell them what would be to become a better version of their lives.
