Objective
Identify the repercussions of unhealthy sleeping
habits in the scholar development of young
teenagers from Prepa Ibero Mérida. This includes
their academic performance and the application of
social skills within their social environment.

❑ 60% of the students think they don´t


have proper sleeping habits.
❑ People usually feel tired, grumpy or
unable to be at their 100% percent
because of bad sleeping habits.
❑ Both lack of sleep and boring classes are
the reasons for sleeping during class.
❑ Whenever people don´t sleep correctly
they tend to be cranky and irritated.
❑ Also, people tend to be more
communicative and participative when
they sleep correctly. They also finish
more efficiently their work.
