1. WHY DO YOU THINK IT IS NECESSARY TO LEARN THE BASICS
ABOUT TECHNOLOGY?
The learning environment is more dynamic than ever before. As a
result, today's students learn in a way that is very different from how our educational system was created in the past. Every day, a lot of people all over the world use some kind of technology. Knowing the basics of technology helps us get by in the world we live in now and keeps us from falling behind. As a student, the COVID-19 pandemic is quickly showing me why technology and online education should be an important part of teaching and learning. Also, students like me are better prepared for the modern office because these technologies are part of the regular education system and ongoing activities.
People say that technologies don't matter as much as they used
to, but I can't agree with that. I think that the technological revolution of the last few decades has given us a lot. Today, everything is based on technology, and it's hard not to notice. In the future, technology will have a significant amount of power, and this power will only grow day by day. Overall, I think the main reason we should learn about modern technology is because it's how we live.
2. HOW CAN TECHNOLOGY HELP YOUR COURSE?
Technology is a big part of how we live every day. It has also
become a part of how hospitality management works every day. As my course can guide me, if I work in a hotel, restaurant, or any other hospitality industry, technologies can be used in all departments to improve the guest experience, streamline operations, handle post- COVID-19 protocols, and make it easier for staff and guests to talk to each other. Technology makes it easy to connect and talk to people across countries and continents. This made it possible to send information quickly, which helped the hospitality industry get more bookings, talk to customers more easily, and more. Also, businesses market their services and goods on the Internet, where people can talk to each other in real time from all over the world.
Customers in the business world want their experience to be quick
and easy. In the hotel industry, they want a seamless, tech-driven, and contactless experience. Whether they order room service from their phones or scan a QR code, they don't want to wait in line or leave their hotel rooms. Instead, they want an easy and smooth stay.
Technology has made globalization easier, making the world feel
more like a small community. People are connected through the Internet and social media, and they can quickly share information with just a tap. And the hospitality and tourism industries can grow even more if they use technology.
3. DO YOU THINK THAT KNOWING BASIC COMPUTER WILL HELP
YOU A LOT?
Yes, being familiar with Computer basics will be of great use to
me. A computer is an electronic device that manipulates information, or data. The ability to store, retrieve, and process data is possessed by it. It's possible that you're already aware of the fact that you can use a computer to type documents, send email, play games, and surf the web. Additionally, you may use it to edit or produce films, spreadsheets, presentations, and even presentations.
We are currently living in the 21st century, also known as the
digital age. Everything in your surrounding environment is some kind or another of a computer. Not only does using computers and the internet let me develop my creativity and imagination, but it also assists me in better comprehending how technology works. My daily life can benefit from my increased ability to think critically and creatively because to the use of a computer. It's possible that I'll have to work on projects, assignments, presentations, and a variety of other things. If I do my work on the computer and the internet rather than manually generating activities and presentations, I can speed up my production significantly. Personal computers play a significant role in my day-to-day activities since I often find myself using them in capabilities similar to that of an assistant.
To put it another way, some people believe they have a superior
intellect and are capable of performing their jobs without the use of computers; this is entirely their choice. The truth is, though, that computers have become into an essential part of our life.
