Example 2 – Table of Values


Find the point of intersection of 𝑦 = 𝑥 + 1 and 𝑦 = −2𝑥 − 2.
Example 3 – Intercepts
Find the point of intersection of 𝑥 + 𝑦 = 2 and 𝑦 = −2𝑥 − 1.

Example 2 – Using y = mx +c
Find the point of intersection of 𝑦 = 𝑥 + 3 and 𝑥 + 2𝑦 = −6.
