ROUMAINIAN DISHES

SARMALE CU MAMALIGUȚĂ
There is no roumanian traditional meal
without sarmale.Usually prepare dduring the
winter time and Cristmas holidays . Sarmele is
a dish made of rolled meat (pork usually )
mixed with rice and herbs and covered in
cabbage leaves. It is usually accomapnie by
Mamaliga –made of boiled corn flour . There
are also other specialites of sarmale , in some
roumania regions , mostly prepared during
warm season .
