Programlarına YurtdıĢından Öğrenci Kabul
Yönergesinin 10. 11. ve 12. Maddesi
doğrultusunda Üniversitemiz tarafından
gerçekleĢtirilecek tercih alımları ile tercihlerin
değerlendirmesi ve yerleĢtirilmesi iĢlemlerinde
uygulanacak genel ilkeler aĢağıdaki gibidir:
Tercih ĠĢlemleri
1. Adaylar, Akdeniz Üniversitesi resmi internet
sayfasında duyurulan tarihlerde (06-15 Ağustos
2022) tercih yaparlar. Belirtilen tarihler içinde
tercih yapmayan adayların yerleĢtirme iĢlemleri
yapılmaz.
2. Adaylar tercih iĢlemlerini AKDENĠZ YÖS
baĢvuru sayfasından (yos.akdeniz.edu.tr)
kullanıcı adı ve Ģifreleri ile online olarak
yapacaklardır.
3. Adaylar Tablo 1 ve Tablo 2 ve Tablo 3‟de yer
alan programlardan en fazla 10 (on) diploma
programı tercih edebilirler.
4. Adaylar kontenjanlara iliĢkin kılavuzda
programların karĢılarında yer alan puan
türlerine göre tercihte bulunur.
5. Lisans düzeyinde eğitim veren fakülte ve
yüksekokulların programlarına Temel Öğrenme
Becerileri Testinin ilgili puan türünden en az 45
puan alan aday tercih yapma hakkı kazanır
(Tablo 1).

ON
ASSOCIATE AND UNDERGRADUATE
PROGRAMMES FOR INTERNATIONAL
STUDENTS
Acceptance and Assessment of The Preference and
Placement General Procedures operated by Akdeniz
University in accordance with Articles 10, 11 and
12 of the Directive on the Selection and Placement
of International Students on Associate Degree and
Undergraduate Programmes are detailed below:
Preference Procedures
1. Candidates must complete the preference
procedures between August 6 and 15, 2022, as
explained on the Akdeniz University official
website. If the procedures are not completed
between the specified dates, no place will be
allocated to the candidate on any academic
programme.
2.Candidates must select the programmes which they
prefer to study by logging-on to the AKDENĠZ
YÖS online application system
(yos.akdeniz.edu.tr) using their usernames and
passwords.
3.Candidates can apply for a maximum of 10 (ten)
diploma programmes listed in the Table 1, Table 2
and Table 3.
4. Candidates are eligible to select their preferred
diploma programmes from those on the quota list,
if their scores on the different sections of the
examination are compatible with the requirements
of the programme.
5. Candidates who achieve a minimum standard
score of 45 in any of the Mathematics, General
Ability or Equal Weight score type of the Basic
Learning Skills Test may be eligible to select a
preferred faculty which provides undergraduate

türünden en az 35 puan alan aday tercih yapma
hakkı kazanır (Tablo 2).
7. Özel Yetenek Sınavı ile öğrenci kabul eden
programlar Temel Öğrenme Becerileri Testinin
ilgili puan türünden en az 45 puan alan aday
tercih yapma hakkı kazanır (Tablo 3).
Tercihlerin Değerlendirilmesi ve YerleĢtirme
1. BaĢvuruların değerlendirilmesi ve adayların
yerleĢtirilmesi Üniversite tarafından yapılır.
2. YerleĢtirmeler, Yükseköğretim Kurulu
tarafından belirlenen “YurtdıĢından Öğrenci
Kabulüne ĠliĢkin Esaslar” uyarınca 8/1‟de
belirtilen baĢvuru koĢullarını taĢıyan adayların,
baĢvurulan programların kontenjan sayısı ve
tercih sırası dikkate alınarak tercih edilen
programın puan türüne göre Akdeniz YÖS
sonucunun büyükten küçüğe doğru
sıralanmasıyla belirlenir.
3. Değerlendirmede Matematik puan türünde
eĢitlik olması halinde adayların EĢit Ağırlık
puan türüne; Genel Yetenek puan türünde
eĢitlik olması halinde EĢit Ağırlık puan türüne;
EĢit Ağırlık puan türünde eĢitlik olması halinde
Matematik puan türü dikkate alınarak sıralama
yapılır. EĢitliğin devam etmesi durumunda yaĢı
küçük olan aday için yerleĢtirme yapılır.

6. Candidates who achieve a minimum standard
score of 35 in any of the Mathematics, General
Ability or Equal Weight score type of the Basic
Learning Skills Test may be eligible to select a
preferred vocational school which provides
associate degree diploma programmes listed in
Table-2 according to the relevant score type.
7. Candidates who achieve a minimum standard
score of 45 in any of the Mathematics, General
Ability or Equal Weight score type of the Basic
Learning Skills Test may be eligible to select a
preferred diploma programme which requires
participation in a Special Talent Examination
(listed in Table 3).
Assessment of the Preferences and the Placement
1.Assessment of applications and replacement
candidates will be carried out by Akdeniz
University.
2. Applications will be assessed if the candidate
meets the requirements set out in Article 8/1 on the
Directive on the Selection and Placement of
International Students on Associate Degree and
Undergraduate Programmes. Candidates will be
selected by classifying the relevant scores from the
AKDENĠZ YÖS Examination results from the
highest to the lowest in accordance with the
published quotas and the order of their
preferences.
3. In the assessment and classification process, in the
case of candidates achieving equal scores in the
Mathematics section, the candidates' Equal Weight
score will be taken into consideration; in the case
of candidates achieving equal scores in the
General Ability section, the Equal Weight score
will be taken into consideration; in the case of
candidates achieving equal scores in the Equal
Weight section, the Mathematics score will be
taken into consideration. In cases where the score
in each category (Mathematics, General Ability or
Equal Weight) is still equal between the
candidates, the youngest candidate will be placed
according to his/her preference.

4. Özel yetenek sınavı ile öğrenci alan programlar
için tercihte bulunan adayların baĢvurularının
değerlendirilmesi ve yerleĢtirme iĢlemleri; ilgili
birimlerin özel yetenek sınavı yönergelerindeki
ölçütlere göre Akdeniz YÖS ilgili puan türü,
özel yetenek sınavı puanı ve tercih sırası esas
alınarak belirlenir.
5. Adayların Akdeniz YÖS sonucuna göre
yerleĢtirme iĢlemleri tamamlandıktan sonra boĢ
kalan kontenjanlara ikinci yerleĢtirme yapılır.
Ġkinci yerleĢtirme için tercih yapacak adayların
puanlarının birinci yerleĢtirme sonucunda her
bir diploma programı için oluĢan taban puanına
eĢit veya yüksek olması gerekir.
6. Tercihlerine yerleĢtirilen adaylar ilgili tercih
döneminde yerleĢtirildikleri programa kayıt
yaptırmadıkları takdirde diğer yerleĢtirme
dönemlerinde tekrar tercih yapamazlar.
7. Tercihlerine yerleĢtirilip kayıt yaptıran
adaylardan yerleĢtirildikleri programdan
kaydını sildirenler diğer yerleĢtirme
dönemlerinde tercih yapamazlar.
8. Özel Yetenek Sınavı ile öğrenci alan
programlar için ikinci yerleĢtirme yapılmaz.
9. Tercihlerine yerleĢtirilen adaylardan ilgili kayıt
döneminde kaydını yaptırmayanlar kayıt
hakkını kaybetmiĢ sayılırlar.
10. Birinci yerleĢtirme sonucunda boĢ kalan
kontenjanlar için 2. YerleĢtirme iĢlemi (31
Ağustos-07 Eylül 2022) yapılır.
11. BaĢvuru koĢullarını sağlayan ve tercih yapmıĢ
olan adaylar bir programa yerleĢtirilmiĢ
sayılmaz.
4. Regarding programmes which require
participation in a special talent examination from
candidates; applications will be assessed according
to the criteria which are listed in the directives of
the programme concerned. The results of the
AKDENĠZ YÖS examination and the results of the
special talent examination will be taken into
consideration, as well as the order of preference
which was submitted by the candidate.
5. After the Placement process has been completed,
additional placement procedures for the available
places in the quotas will be carried out for
candidates who have not been placed on any
diploma programme. In additional placement
process, candidates must have a score which is
equal to or higher than the base score determined
as a result of the first placement.
6. If candidates, who are placed to any diploma
programme in the first placement process, are not
registered within the relevant registration period,
they are not allowed to participate in additional
placement process.
7. If candidates, who are registered any diploma
programme within the first placement process,
cancel their registration, they are not allowed to
participate in additional placement process.
8. The additional placement process will not be
carried out for programmes which require
participation in a special talent examination.
9. If candidates, who are placed to any diploma
programme, are not registered within the relevant
registration period, they are deemed to have lost
their rights to register.
10. The Additional placement process for the
remaining places in the quotas will be carried out
(between the dates August 31 and September 7)
for candidates who have not already been placed
on any diploma programme during the first
placement process.
11. Candidates who meet the published application
requirements, and who have taken part in the
preference process, are not guaranteed to be given
a place on a diploma programme due to other
factors being taken into consideration.

12. Akdeniz Üniversitesi Ön Lisans ve Lisans
Programlarına Uluslararası Öğrenci Seçme ve
YerleĢtirme Yönergesinin 8. Maddesinde
belirtilen baĢvuru koĢullarını taĢımayan
adayların tercihleri değerlendirmeye alınmaz.
13. Üniversitede %100 yabancı dilde eğitim veren
programlara kayıt hakkı kazanan adaylar hariç
eğitim-öğretime baĢlamak için Türkçe yeterlik
Ģartı aranır.
14. Üniversitemizde %100 ya da en az %30
yabancı dilde eğitim veren bir diploma
programına kayıt hakkı kazanan adaylardan,
programın yabancı dil koĢulunu sağlayan bir
dilde ortaöğretiminin tamamını bitirenler ile dil
koĢulunu sağlayan bir yükseköğretim diploma
programından (ön lisans, lisans, yüksek lisans,
doktora) mezun olanlardan yabancı dil yeterlik
Ģartı aranmaz.
15. Kayıt hakkı kazanan adaylardan ortaöğretiminin
(lise) tamamını Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti
ve Türkiye‟de tamamlayanlar, ortaöğretimini
yurtdıĢında T.C. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı
Türk liselerinde tamamlayanlar, yurtiçinde veya
yurtdıĢında %100 Türk dilinde eğitim veren bir
yükseköğretim diploma programından (ön
lisans, lisans, yüksek lisans ve doktora) mezun
olanlar ve Yükseköğretim Kurulu‟nun kabul
ettiği uluslararası geçerli sınavlardan yeterli
sınav sonucuna sahip olanlardan Türkçe
yeterlik Ģartı aranmaz.
Kontenjanlar Ġle Ġlgili Açıklamalar
1. Lisans Programlarına iliĢkin bilgiler Tablo 1‟de
yer almaktadır.
2. Ön lisans Programlarına iliĢkin bilgiler Tablo
2‟de yer almaktadır.
3. Kısaltmalar: (ĠÖ) Ġkinci Öğretim Programı
anlamına gelmektedir.
4. Türk VatandaĢlığı Kanunu uyarınca, Doğumla
Türk vatandaĢı olup da ĠçiĢleri Bakanlığı‟ndan
Türk vatandaĢlığından çıkma izni almak
suretiyle Türk vatandaĢlığını kaybeden adaylar,
Türk vatandaĢlığını kaybedenlere talepleri
halinde verilen mavi kart sahibi olduğunu
belgeleyen adaylar ile lise eğitimlerini
12. Applications will not be assessed if the candidate
does not meet the requirements set out in Article 8
of the Directive on the Selection and Placement of
International Students on Associate Degree and
Undergraduate Programmes.
13. An acceptable level of proficiency in the Turkish
language is required before a student can be
allowed to start any educational or training
courses, with the exception of candidates who are
eligible to register for programmes in which all
courses are in a foreign language or languages.
14. For programmes offered with 100% or 30% of the
content with a foreign language as the language of
instruction, candidates will not be required to
provide a foreign language proficiency certificate
if they already have a secondary school diploma or
an associate, undergraduate, master or a doctorate
degree in the language which is the language of
instruction of the academic programme for which
they have applied.
15. If the applicant who has totally completed his/her
secondary education in Turkey, or in the Turkish
Schools which are founded by the Turkish
Ministry of Education in a foreign country or who
has the Turkish Proficiency certificate given by
institutions which are internationally recognized
by the Council of Higher Education is not
required a Turkish Proficiency Certificate. If any
candidate has a diploma (associate, undergraduate,
master or doctorate degree) awarded for a
programme in which the language of instruction is
100% Turkish from a university inside or outside
Turkey, that person will not be required to take the
Turkish Proficiency Certificate.
Instructions On The Quotas
1. Quotas for Undergraduate Programmes are
listed in Table 1.
2. Quotas for Associate Programmes are listed in
Table 2.
3. Abbreviations: (ĠÖ) stands for „Evening
Courses‟
4. It is not allowed to be exceed the 10% quota for
the candidates listed below;
*who is a Turkish citizen by birth who was
granted permission by the Turkish Ministry of
Internal Affairs to give up their Turkish
citizenship,

 yurtdıĢında görmüĢ (KKTC hariç) uyruğundan
biri T.C olan çift uyruklu ve T.C uyruğunda
bulunan adaylar için Öğretmenlik, Hukuk, Tıp
ve DiĢ Hekimliği ve Eczacılık programlarına
kayıtta anılan programların kontenjanın
%10‟unun aĢılmaması gerekmektedir.

yürürlüğe girmiş olan "6326 Sayılı Turist Rehberliği Meslek Kanunu"nun 3. maddenin a bendinde
mesleğe kabul için "Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşı olmak" hükmü yer aldığından Ülkemizde bu
mesleği profesyonel olarak yürütmek isteyen yabancı uyruklu adayların tercihlerinde bu koşulu
dikkate almaları gerekmektedir.

* International Student Candidates who want to have a profession in ‘Tourism Guidance’ in Turkey
must consider the qualification ‘being a Turkish Citizen’ when deciding his/her preferences in
accordance with the Law of Occupation in Tourism Guidance numbered 6326 which was approved
in 07/06/2012 and which was published in 22/06/2012 dated and 28331 numbered Official Journal.
