light emitted by these devices has been shown to cause eye strain, discomfort, and even long-
term damage to our eyes. Moreover, the constant stimulation from electronic devices can
disrupt our natural sleep-wake cycle, making it harder to fall asleep and stay asleep. This lack of
sleep not only affects our productivity and mood but also our overall health and well-being. To
address this issue, I aim to design a product that not only provides adequate lighting to reduce
eye damage but also creates a soothing atmosphere that can help users fall asleep more easily.
By doing so, i can minimize the negative effects of excessive screen time and promote a
healthier and more restful lifestyle.

The target audience for the product is individuals who use electronic devices before
bedtime and prioritize their sleep quality. This includes students who may be studying late at
night, professionals who work on their laptops or smartphones before bed, and individuals who
enjoy watching TV or browsing social media before sleeping. Additionally, the product can also
benefit those who experience eye strain or difficulty falling asleep due to excessive screen time.
