 Disagree If The Idea Like Marshall Plan Is Implemented In Many Poor African
Countries,This Word Would Be A Better Place

5,1947,and instituted at the Paris Economic Conference in july 1947 to provide foreign
assistance to seventeen western and southern European nations during world war II
reconstruction.implemented by the economic cooperation administration,it was created to restore
economic stability in europe and to facilitate foreign trade,and it dispensed over $ 13 billion
between 1948 and 1951.it was also designed to contain soviet and communist expansionism.it
was a predecessor of Nato and the atlantic alliance.

Probably the most successful programme of international aid and nation building in
history.it was named after generalGeorge Marshall, an American secretary of state, who at the
end of the second world war prposed giving aid to western europe to rebuild its war-torn
economies.north America gave around 1% of its GDP in total between 1948 and 1952; most of it
came from the united state and the rest from Canada.the American left it to the Europeans to
work out the details on allocating adi,which may be why,according to most economic analyses,it
achieved more success than latter day aid programmes in which most of the decisions on how the
money is spent are made by the Organization for European Economic Co-operation
(OEEC),wich in 1961 became the OECD.Nowadays, whenever there is a proposal for the
international community to rebuild an economy damaged by war,such as Iraq’s in 2003,you are
sure to hear the phrase “new marshall plan”

Africa is the second largest continent in the world and the second most populated after
Asia. With a large area and population, Africa should be able to become a developing and
developed country without having to wait for the marshal's plan. The interests of other countries
to control natural resources in Africa have made the level of education and technology in Africa
not developing. It is necessary to know that before the colonialism Africa was a poor country
because of its dry climate conditions, making it impossible to grow crops there. There are still
many backward tribes there. after colonialism In countries with a large population of Europe, for
example in Rhodesia and South Africa, a system of second-class citizenship was established to
give Europeans more political power. Africans can be divided according to their place of
residence, north or south from the Sahara desert; these groups are called North Africans and Sub-
Saharan Africans.

In the past, many Africans who tried to find work abroad were racially discriminated
against, because they looked and colored their skin differently. This of course has been resolved
with the existence of human rights. Discrimination has been eliminated and Africans can work
and get the same education abroad.

I disagree If the idea like Marshall Plan is implemented in many poor African countries, this
world would be a better place. Because Africa without a Marshall plan can still thrive. The
potential that is owned in the form of human capital is a big capital, depending on how the
country manages this potential to advance state opinion. Their culture is quite unique, the
potential for natural resources in the form of mines in rural areas, if Africa can fully own it, will
certainly become the biggest source of capital for African countries to become a developing
country.
