1.0 Chairperson’s Speech

1.1 Meeting began with welcoming speech by Mdm. Zuraiffah (Head of English
Panel) as chairperson. She welcomed all of the English teachers and thanked
them for the support and cooperation given. She explained that the meeting was
held in regards to the PBD assessment for Year 6 as well as UASA & UASA
Analysis and some other matters that will be discussed further.
1.2 She reminded all the teachers to get ready for preparation for the year 2023 as
all teaching and learning process will be done on the second week of 2023
schooling session.
2.0 Action to be taken: All English Teachers

 1.3 She informed all committee to get ready for the SOW.

1.4 She hoped the HIP to be implemented according to the schedule and strategic
plan.
Action to be taken: HIP coordinator

1.5 She asked all committee to plan their proposal budget to be proposed on the
first English Panel meeting in 2023.
Action to be taken: All English Teachers

2.0 Confirmation of previous meeting

2.1 Mdm. Dalela suggested the previous meeting to be confirmed and it’s supported
by Mr. Safri.

3.0 Arising Matters

3.1 PBD Assessment for Year 6 is settled.

4.0 PBD
4.1 All English teachers must update the PBD for Year 1 until Year 6 pupils, to be
filled on IDME. It must be completed before end of 2022 schooling session.

Action to be taken: All English Teachers

5.0 UASA & UASA Analysis

5.1 Based on the previous meeting, all teacher must fill the all PBD & UASA (Year 1-
6) on IDME. It must be completed before end of 2022 schooling session.

6.0 Other Matters
6.1 Pn. Zuraiffah reminded all English teachers must come to school early at 6.30
a.m. at least (every Wednesday) to support School Library Programme “Santapan Minda
Reading Programme” (SMiRP). The teachers will conduct the programme by telling the
pupils to read English books and giving them some English quizzes. Pupils who can
answer the quizzes would get gifts from the English Panel.
