--Israel agrees to cease all military operations against Gaza

--Israel will pull all troops from inside Gaza

--Israel agrees to withdraw troops from its border with Israel

--Israel agrees that it will not invade Gaza

including but not limited to hostages taken on October 7, 2023

--Hamas agrees to permanently cease all hostile actions against

Israel including the firing of rockets into Israel and the use of
arson balloons and arson kites against Israel

--Hamas agrees to destroy all tunnels in Gaza leading to Israel

--Hamas agrees to immediately and without pre-conditions to
recognize Israel's right to exist

--Hamas will cease all cooperation with Hezbollah and all other
militant organizations

--Hamas will cease all cooperation with the government of Iran

--Hamas agrees that it is in the regional interest for Middle East

governments to recognize Israel

--Hamas agrees to renounce terror to achieve political aims or for

any other purpose

--Hamas agrees to hold fair and free elections in Gaza and to

recognize democratic norms in the governance of Gaza
