AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

• That, I am the CONTRACTOR of the parcel of lot which is the subject for
investigation, and verification by means of excavation for the purpose of
recovering relics/artifacts/precious metals of high intrinsic value.

• That, I recognize the person listed below as my Partner in the exploration

project located in Porac Pampanga,

• That, I agree to share the 10 PERCENT (10 %) EACH from entire recovery
that I shall derive from the above-mentioned exploration project, with my
partners namely ; .
