Skills

Have an ability to read P&ID and loop diagram, Calibration of pneumatic, electronic and smart transmitter of different makes such
as (ROSEMOUNT, HONEYWELL, ENDRESS+HAUSER, FISHER and YOKOGAWA) for the measurement of pressure, differential
pressure transmitter flow, temperature and level , Calibration and configuration using different smart transmitter communicators
and configutors. Calibration and servicing and overhauling of control valves of different makes.

Experience

Instrument technician
- Enoc project:
Instrument cable drum testing (line check and IR testing).
Line checking from field instrument to field jb to jb to marshaling cabinet.
Control valve and on/off valve stroking,calibration of PT, TT, LT and FT.
Pre loop of all kinds of instrument from field instrument to field jb and to marshaling cabinet.
Checking all the punch list and parameters of available instrument to be final loop check using hart commicator 475.
Final loop checking of instruments in all kinds such as Hart and Fieldbus transmitters, Yokogawa, Rosemount and Endress+Hauser
using hart commicator 475,decade box for temperature transmitters, Tk3 or DPI druck for vibration and temperature and H2S
detectors using H2S cylinder or mA simulator.
Functional test and troubleshooting of all kinds of instrument,changing the ranges of different kinds of instrument as per details.
Installation and testings of h2s, gas, fire, and smoke detectors with becon lights.
Servicing and overhauling of control valves and solinoid valves.
- Lamprell supply:
Recalibration of all kinds of instrument.
Servicing all kinds of pneumatic valves and equipment.
Configuration and reranging of different kinds of instruments.
Replacement and overhauling of solinoid valves.
Inline or in service of instrument on the field.
Doing some punch list and additional works.
- Dewa project:
Calibration of different kinds of instrument such as PT, TT, FT, LT, Pressure gauge.
Working with vendor (Yokogawa) modification and configuration on DCS and control room, fieldbus, profibus, adding some
additional boards and cables for the system/marshaling cabinets, modification on system/marshaling cabinet changing of jumper
on analog input module 2/4 wire,troubleshooting on digital output for wet/dry contact for the output signal,additional boards for 4
to 20mA signals.
Modification/Rewiring of Lcs,Limit switches.
Final loop check for all instruments on the project such as. PT, LT, TT, FT, MOV, Control Valves, On/Off Valves and Mass flow
transmitter.
Troubleshooting of profpibus cables on Khrone MOB and also calibration after the troubleshooting.
Calibration of Yokogawa analyzer Ph and Conductivity.
- Sewa project:
Pre commissioning, line checking end to end from field instrument to field jb to marshaling cabinet.
Modifications of wiring, punchlist checking.
- Danway main office:
Making and printing of SS tags and traffolyte pvc tags.
