Complete this report monthly to insure compliance with Saudi Aramco Standards. If concerns are detected affecting the project, the
responsible SAPMT shall be informed to request contractor/manufacturer to make necessary corrective actions. All inspection findings
shall be entered in the Batch Plant Log book.
