Anchor 1: The ship captain of the Chinese vessel that rammed and sank the Filipino fishing boat near Recto bank in
the west Philippine sea apologized for the incident where 22 Filipino fishermen were abandoned on the high seas
after their boat was hit and sunk by their vessel on the midnight of June 9 in the west Philippine Sea. However, he
maintained that the incident was “accidental.” Beijing earlier denied that they abandoned the Filipino fishermen
who were rescued by a Vietnamese ship.

Numbers of Deaths were increased by 98% more than last year's. These records were taken starting from January -
July 20 this year. The Local Government is starting to make precautionary procedures to lessen and stop the Dengue
outbreak on their areas.
