Mr. Arvind Vashisht, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Ketan Joshi, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 & 2/Union of India. 3. Mr. Narayan Dutt, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand/ respondent no.4. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that counter affidavit has been filed by respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4 and he proposes to file rejoinder affidavit to counter affidavit filed by respondent nos. 1, 2 and 4. Two weeks’ time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner for filing the rejoinder affidavit. 6. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the main party i.e. respondent no.3 has yet to file counter affidavit. 7. List on 17.10.2023, on the date already fixed. 8. In the meantime, respondent no.3 may file its counter affidavit and petitioner may also file its rejoinder affidavit. 9. Interim order though already granted upto 17.10.2023 is hereby extended, as contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner for abundant precaution.
