PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
PT. Feros Berkat Utama is looking for a Project Administrator. Project
Administrators handle the administrative functions of projects and programs. They
oversee the project’s daily functions to ensure deadlines and compliance requireents are
met, and report to Manager.
Responsibilities
As a Project Administrator, you are responsible to :
 Creating and updating workflows to Manager,
 Breaking projects into doable tasks and setting timeframes
 Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions of assigned tasks
 Inputting and recapping data
 Creating goods arrival schedule
 Preparing documents
 Replying emails
Qualifications
 Male or Female
 S1 Administration/ Public Relation/ related field
 Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role
is a plus
 Solid organization and time-management skills
 Able to work with the team
 Qualifications
 Good command in English (Spoken & Written)
 Eager to learn
 Computer literate
 Good communication skill
 Willing to work in Cawang, East Jakarta

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Rp4,000,000 per month

I have 2,5 years of experience in Project Administrator, and I have a large experience as
an administrative staff with a food company. In my current job position, I am
