identified with the passport number ….., issued by Ministry of International Affairs and coming
from ….. UNIVERSITY, is invited in the period 21.03.2018 - 26.03.2018 as a participant to the
international robotics and artificial intelligence contest RoboTEC organized by our NGO.

Prenume NUME will be offered accommodation in our Student Residence no. … (Cămin
Studențesc …, Aleea Studenților, nr. …, Timișoara, România) in a quadruple room and food in
our university cafeteria.

Prenume NUME will participate in all the activities that are specified in the event program.
