The Clever Monkey

Two tom-cats stole a king-size cake.But they fell out

over the division of the spoils."It's mine because I
discovered it'',argued one of the cats.''But I actually
picked it up. So I own the whole of it,''answered
the other.
As they were quarreling,a monkey was passing
by. He offered to act as the mediator.The cats
agreed.''I will divide the cake into two,one for each
of you ,''the monkey suggested. He cut the cake into
pieces ''Oh, they are unequal in size,''he said he
said, and ate a portion of the bigger one.
