I. A. Content Standard: The learners understand the understanding of lifestyle and weight
management to promote societal fitness.

B. Performance Standard: The learner shall be able to create a poster about practices
healthy eating habits that support an active lifestyle.

C. OBJECTIVE
At the end of the lesson students should be able to:
a) identify street and hip-hop dance and some safety precautions when dancing,
b) create a slogan about the importance of eating nutritional food, and
c) realize the importance of eating a healthy diet,
