PUBLIC NOTICE

It has come to the notice of ICAR that some of the Agricultural Universities
are issuing accreditation certificates or biased testimonials to the admitting
universities, to facilitate the admission of the candidates/students passed from the
non-accredited colleges/programs/subjects of respective universities. Also, some of
the universities are admitting candidates in different programmes who do not
fulfill the essential qualification like accreditation or the other eligibility criteria
prescribed in Information Bulletins of AIEEA/AICE (2022). These practices are
liable to legal encumbrances. Consequently, genuine candidates/students are being
denied of their legitimate right. Further, admission and timely completion of
counselling process is also getting affected.
All stake holders for AIEEA/AICE (2022) are hereby informed and
cautioned to strictly adhere with Information Bulletin guidelines. Otherwise, they
will be solely responsible for any legal complication arising from above referred
practices.
This issue with the approval of the Competent Authority.
