Introduction
Human resources are necessary for maintaining the different educational sectors. Staff
and teachers are vital members of various schools in the learning of their students. Work-
Life Balance is one of the key factors that is considered to be essential in the job
performance of every working individual.

Due to the significant impact of Work and Life balance to the commitment and
resilience of employees to their work, there is a need to conduct studies on the different
factors affecting Work and Life balance. (Preena, 2021).The current effort has never been
concentrated in considering the number of staff and teachers in the university, according
to the literature review. Such that they are not able to have a good work-life balance.
Strain between work and family roles is a common experience among university
employees. According to the study of Dolai (2015), cited in Lapierre and Allen (2006), an
imbalance between work and life can be dysfunctional and disadvantageous for both the
employees and the employers. Employees who are single and without children frequently
experience a sense of isolation and unfairness as a result of this focus. (Dolai 2015).
