Title 2: Architectural Practice Competencies

Overview:

For this assignment, you will research three architectural practice competencies that are important for the profession.
You will write a paper explaining these competencies and providing detailed examples of how you would demonstrate
them as a practicing architect through projects.

• Research and select three architectural competencies to focus your paper on. These may include design, building
systems, construction, communication, legal, business, ethics, sustainability, etc.
• Write an 800-1000 word paper with the following structure:
- Introduction explaining the goal of the assignment.
- Body with three paragraphs, each explaining one competency including its importance and examples of how
you would demonstrate it through a hypothetical project.
