 Regarding Tokyo Disney Resort Park Tickets

Thank you for purchasing the Tokyo Disney Resort Park ticket. Please read the conditions of use listed below before
using this ticket.

■This ticket allows you to skip the ticket booths and go directly to the entrance gates of the Park.
■This ticket can be used to enter the Park only if it is displayed on a smartphone (printed tickets are not
accepted).

■Re-entry into the Park

If you wish to leave the Park temporarily and return later on the same day, please have your hand stamped at the exit
no later than 30 minutes before the Park closing time. Then you can enter the Park through the Re-Entry Gates until
the closing time of the Park on the same day. The hand stamp and a valid Park ticket are required for re-entry.

■Refund, lost tickets, etc.

 This ticket is valid only for the designated date of admission and designated park as indicated on the ticket.
 Park Ticket Booths will not accept any inquiries regarding this ticket or any cancellations, refunds, or changes
regarding the ticket, even if it is before the expiration date indicated on the ticket. Please contact the travel agency
that issued the ticket.
 Tokyo Disney Resort will not be responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
 This ticket may not be transferred to another party, whether as a gift or for profit.
 Tokyo Disney Resort will not be able to guarantee admission into the Parks with this ticket if Park operation is
interrupted due to natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.
 Tickets lacking the two-dimensional code and tickets that have been altered are invalid.
 If you wish to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea on the same day, please purchase a separate
ticket to enter the other Park.

 Requests to Guests Visiting the Parks

Guests should be in good health

Guests with a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or above, or cold-like symptoms, will be asked to refrain from entering the

Park.

Wear masks

・Guests are requested to make the decision as to whether or not they will wear a mask at the Park (optional for all guests,

including children who have not yet entered elementary school).

・Wearing masks at the Parks will be up to the decision of individual guests, but there may be cases when guests will be

requested to wear a mask due to reasons associated with preventing infections, operational purposes, etc.

・Please take your used mask home.

・Please be considerate of others when coughing or sneezing.

・Due to a revision in the "Amusement Park and Theme Park New Coronavirus Infection Containment Guidelines," please note

that it will be optional for Cast Members to wear masks as well.

Maintain adequate distance

・We request that guests keep enough distance between themselves and others to avoid physical contact.

・We ask Guests to have their entire party together before queuing at the Park entrance and refrain from having members of

their party join them in the queue later.

・Facilities may have limits on the number of persons who can experience the facility and Guests may be asked to sit separately.

Wash and sanitize hands

・Hand sanitizers are placed in attractions, shops, restaurants, restrooms, and other locations in the Park, so please sanitize and

wash hands regularly.

・Cast Members will be using the Guest restrooms to wash their hands as well as to sanitize the restroom.

Other

・Cashless transactions such as credit cards and electronic money are recommended.

・If you become ill after entering the Park, you may be asked to leave depending on the symptoms.

・If you don't feel well after entering the Park, please go to Central First Aid or contact a Cast Member for assistance.

・Please arrive within the given time frame on your Park ticket.

【Individuals for whom the following applies are asked to refrain from visiting】

・Guests with a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or above, or cold-like symptoms.

・Guests who have been in close contact with individuals who have tested positive for the new coronavirus

・Guests who have family members or close acquaintances who are suspected of being infected

・Guests who require monitoring by the government after entering the country.

- Elderly people and people with medical conditions who may develop serious symptoms if infected are advised to consider

cautiously whether to visit the Parks.
