Intratracheal (IT) route – Dilute and use 2-3 x high dose and repeat as necessary
Adrenaline* – Administer at 0.01 mg/kg (low dose) twice with a 3-minute interval. If no response, administer 0.1 mg/kg higher dose after 3-minute interval
