Conclusion
I think Packet 29 is lost, or not not understand by T-Mobile and therefore T-Mobile did not received the
200 Ack and sends it again.
Mitel is not respond on that question, because they already acknowleged.
T-Mobile tries it a few time more and then they disconnect the call.

We see packet 29 is send to T-Mobile, so it is not lost in our network, so it has ro be in the network of
T-Mobile.
