10 Factory Supervisors
We are searching for creative Supervisors to Supervise shoe making operations and monitor his different team
members. The supervisors will assist managers to hire, train, and evaluate team members; develop, review, and
improve methods, systems, procedures and generally ensure the shoe quality is up to standard.

Supervisors Responsibilities:
 Supervising the day-to-day operations of the team members.
 Supervise the shoe making process to ensure the standard Quality is met.
 Training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.

 Developing, reviewing, and improving operating methods and procedures.

 Ensuring the workplace is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working
and properly maintained.
 Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
 Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities.
Administrative Manager Requirements:
 Experience in Supervising teams in a manufacturing firm, preferred.
 Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
 Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written

communication skills.

 Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
 Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
