STEPS
Make sure the job site is Slip, Trip, Fall Housekeeping
clean before working
Use insulated tool and Safety Electric Shock
materials to prevent
flow of electric current
from your body
Inspect tools and Safety Make sure tools are
materials certified for job at hand.
Remove the panel cover Ergonomic Proper posture and lifting
technique should be used.
Testing for current and Electrical Disconnect power, test
voltage in L1,L2,L1,L3 power to make sure it’s off
and L2 and L3 with before working on the
multimeter panel.

 Tool Box Meeting

A physical examination will be done of testing for current and voltage on a

three phase panel, for lines 1, 2 and 3, survey job site to identify hazards,
always remember to maintain proper housekeeping, you will need your PPE
(personal protective equipment),your insulated tools, flathead screw driver and
a clamp on mulitmeter and a multimeter , your insulated low voltage(lv) rubber
gloves, use proper ergonomic lifting procedure when removing panel cover.
