10.5 Flow Rate Calibration (Agilia VP Range)
You can access this calibration in the Calibration tab. See section 10.1, page 49.

Calibration Description
This calibration allows you to obtain a correction coefficient for adjusting the flow rate of the Agilia VP pump. To do
this, note the volume delivered during a 100 mL/h infusion for 15 minutes.
With this volume, Agilia Partner does the following:
 Calculates the correction coefficient, and stores it if it is within acceptable limits,
 Uses this correction coefficient to recalculate volumes of ongoing infusions.
Only calibrate the flow rate after a failed flow rate test. The goal of this calibration is to calculate a correction
coefficient by entering the actual volume measured during the flow rate test.
After calibration, repeat a flow rate test in order to validate the newly calculated correction coefficient.
Accurate, reliable infused volumes depend heavily on the way flow rate tests and calibrations are conducted.

Calibration Results
The flow rate is correctly calibrated.

The calibration failed: please refer to the relevant Agilia pump’s Technical manual.
