2 When we go with lower release of Transact, why we see decreased count in OOTB integration?
5 Can all missing features with lower release of Transact be developed as L3?
6 How to build missing Transact APIs? What is the effort to build APIs?
If both are on same release, we can expect the maximum number of out of the box integration to be available.
Assume, Infinity has 10 features OOTB integrated in R22 release of Infinity+Transact. Incase client uses lower release
of Transact, then OOTB connected features could be less – say if Transact R21 then 8 nos, further if Transact R20 then
6 nos.
With lower release of Transact, we will not have Transact features from the newer release of it.
New Transact features can be – Transact APIs, Transact Application Functionalities, Transact based Technologies.
Missing Transact features needs to be handled as L3 work (if only such missing functionalities are required for the
project)
Transact side LBA and LTA from Services team will review such features and decide.
We have trainings and documentations to create new Transact APIs (on IRIS) from Workbench.
With the support from Product Team, CEM team and Global Competence Team from Services Organisation have
drafted the estimation and implementation guidelines about building new APIs for Infinity + Transact integration.
