1-2-3 Magic & Emotion Coaching in the Classroom Parentshop Training Agreement 2021

Parentshop® Pty Ltd (also referred to as ‘Parentshop’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’) is the absolute owner of the
entire copyright and related intellectual property in the Training Material throughout the world.

‘Training Materials’ refer to the Parentshop® presentation as shown to you on the training day,
worksheets, video presentations, handouts and the ‘1-2-3 Magic® & Emotion Coaching in the Classroom’
training manual.

The Training Materials are available to you with limitations. They are not to be used to train other
professionals. They are meant for your personal professional development and for no other purpose.
Trademarks and Brands means the terms ‘Parentshop®’, ‘Emotion Coaching’ and ‘1-2-3 Magic®’ (and
associated logos) all in relation to educational services.

In consideration of Parentshop® agreeing to grant you these Training Materials, you agree with us as
follows:

1. These training courses are not a ‘train-the-trainer’ courses and you are not entitled to train any other
professionals, including teachers or other school staff without the agreement of Parentshop.

2. You are not permitted to:

a. Sell, part-with or distribute any of the Training Materials or related intellectual property to anyone other
than those persons authorised by Parentshop®;
b. Copy or otherwise use any of the Training Materials or related intellectual property or permit any of the
Training Materials or related intellectual property to; be copied or otherwise used in contravention of this
licence or any applicable laws or regulations;
c. Engage in any conduct or make any representation which may suggest to any person that you are, for
any purpose, an agent of Parentshop®;
d. Reproduce, copy or scan the Training Materials for any reason;
e. Modify or adapt the Training Materials or Practitioner Materials or related intellectual property for any
purpose;
f. Translate or deliver the Training Materials into any other language other than English, without the
permission of Parentshop®;
g. Use the Training Materials or related intellectual property, including Trade Marks and Brands for any
private or commercial purpose
h. Allow or assist any other person or entity to use the Training Materials or related intellectual property in
any manner other than as authorised by Parentshop®.
i. Train the course to professionals or share the Training Materials or webinar recordings with other
professionals.
3. You must ensure that the Training Materials are not used or dealt with in any manner which is prejudicial
to the business, reputation or goodwill of Parentshop® or infringes the moral rights of the author of the
Training Materials.

If you are attending training via webinar your session/s will be recorded for the purposes of
access to the recording for 48 hours for that session/s participants only. These recordings are held for one
month and then destroyed.

 As a record of your agreement to the terms please tick the box below and complete the
details in the next page.
 Your completed form will be emailed to info@behaviourtonics.com.au and you will also be
sent a copy.
 This form is required to be completed before training commences, and it constitutes a
binding legal agreement.

I am attending the training course in 1-2-3 Magic® & Emotion Coaching in the Classroom and agree
to the terms within this agreement. By filling out this form, I consent to video/audio recordings
being made of these session/s and to these tapes being used by participants in the course.
