Offering a range of services from local to international trade for the Company to support the sale of its

trade instruments, funding, account opening and corespondent banking (collectively the "Products").

Promote both Local as well as International Trade; Account opening

Introduce and promote our Bank's products to the potential customers in the Ethiopian territory
Arranging acceptable terms, and closing transactions between confirmed customers trade finance
instruments, (issuing letters of credit, factoring,export credit and insurance, SBLC etc.;

Open lines of communication for our Bank to promote business expansion

Promote our Bank by expanding its scope

Undertake other related activities to support sales of our Bank's products

Develop new and profitable de finance channels in varied industries, & segments in the Territory:

(a) to , especially assigned to you.

and our Bank specifically

(c) to especially in the territory assigned to you, for example, by arranging meetings with potential

stakeholders;

(d) to e.g opening new accounts for our Customers; in the territory assigned to you or any other places
to enable the clients to make swift and easy transfer of funds; and

The Consultant hereby agrees to

(a) to introdice and promote the Company's financial products to the potential customers in the
Territory,

d to arrange a good deal and close transactions between confirmed customers and the Company
specifically Trade finance Marketing sssing Setters of credit, factoring, export credit and insurance, SBLC
etc

For the avoidance of doubt, the Consultant will not: (1) issue cause the sunce of any financial
instrument() through

another financial institution; or (ii) accept any deposit payments (cash or otherwise) from customers for
the transactions being

contemplated and discussed on EEB's behalf to its own accounts
