Answer: Firstly, Kentucky Corporation managers should have a sense of responsibility

for whatever suggestions or recommendation that their employees provide.

Managers should analyze those recommendations first. They should make a

list or at least notes about the pros and cons of the given suggestions. This is

to determine if whether the pros of their recommendations outweighs the cons

before implementing it. This will help the organization to avoid or at least

minimize problems that those recommendation may cause. In this situation,

especially if they find out that a certain recommendation would not be

beneficial to the organization and instead may cause harm. They should

practice encourage, promote, and reinforce truth telling. With this practice in

leadership, managers will be able to tell employees the truth about their

suggestions and tell them reasons why their suggestions may or may not be

implemented. This can help managers to know what’s best to say to their

employees without offending them and make them understand the situation

by giving them information’s that can help them find better solutions of

recommendation
