REASONS WHY STUDENT FAIL TO ATTEND CLASSES IN MY SCHOOL

As the president of the Student Union Government (SUG), I am writing to address the
issues on the reason’s students fail to attend classes in my school.
First, I would like to address the issue of the physical environment in which classes are held. The
school does not have adequate transportation options for students, which can make it difficult for
them to get to and fro from school.
In terms of the attitudes of lecturers towards their courses, there is a need of improvement. Some
lecturers do not appear to be fully engaged in their teaching; this can affect student’s motivation
to attend classes. There is also a lack of communication between lecturers and students which
can lead to lack of understanding of the material being taught.
With regards to students’ attitudes towards classes, lecturers should be trained on how to
effectively engage students in their courses. To address the issue of students, lack of interest, the
school should offer more creative courses, so that students can choose topics that interests them.
In addition, implementing a mentorship program where senior students can offer support to their
junior ones could be highly beneficial. Please see the attached report for more details.

COMPLAIN ABOUT UNCONDUSIVE ENVIRONMENT IN MY SCHOOL
I am writing to express my concern about my school environment which are not conducive to the
students. The classrooms for lectures are not well ventilated and the temperature is often too hot
which makes it difficult to concentrate in studying the courses.
The lighting in the classroom is poor and it is often difficult to see clearly. This can lead to
fatigue and eye strain, which makes it difficult to focus or work on the computer. I think it is
essential that something should be done to address these issues. Thank you.

I am writing to let you know about my experience at school so far. I appreciate all you
have done for me to succeed in my education while am at school. With your permission, I would
like to report about feeding first. Things are really costly here and there is inadequate supply of
foodstuff, so I request for supplementation of foodstuff for my feeding. In addition to my
transportation, the transport to school is far and cost. I would like to suggest that the school
provide reliable shuttle service, or I can be allowed to use public transportation. Thanks for your
consideration.
