CONTROLLI DI BASE
PULSANTI [FIXTURE] (1-16)
I pulsanti [FIXTURE] (1-16) hanno diverse funzioni a seconda della modalità di
funzionamento della centralina. E’ possibile selezionare una funzione alla volta. Per
selezionare la funzione successiva, premere il pulsante una seconda volta. Il led
lampeggerà a seconda della modalità di esecuzione.
Sono possibili quattro modalità di funzionamento:
- LED acceso fisso: indica che la fixture è stata precedentemente selezionata,
ma non è quella attiva attuale, d poter controllare con gli slider ed il joystick;
- LED lampeggiante ad intervalli regolari: indica la fixture selezionata per ultima,
che è attualmente attiva ed è possibile controllare attraverso gli slider ed il
joystick;
- LED lampeggiante velocemente: indica che la fixture fa parte di una scena o
show attualmente in esecuzione;
- LED lampeggiante per tre volte ad intervalli regolari: indica che la fixture è
momentaneamente bloccata.
SLIDERS (1-16)
Tali sliders permettono di controllare singolarmente ognuno dei canali delle fixture.
JOYSTICK
Il joystick è utilizzato per il controllo del Pan e del Tilt degli apparecchi.
SLIDER MASTER
Questo slider è utilizzato per controllare contemporaneamente il livello di uscita degli
slider 1-16, quando la funzione Master Dimmer è abilitata.
PULSANTE [BLACK-OUT]
Questo pulsante è utilizzato per chiudere contemporaneamente tutti gli otturatori delle
fixture.
PULSANTE [SELECT]
Premere questo pulsante per controllare con il joystick alternativamente Pan / Tilt / Pan
fine / Tilt fine.

PULSANTE [FINE]
Premere tale pulsante per variare la modalità di funzionamento del joystick da 8 a 16 bit
PULSANTI [UP]/[DOWN]
Tali due pulsanti sono utilizzati per variare i valori dei canali uno alla volta.
PULSANTE [SEQUENCER]
Questo pulsante è utilizzato per attivare o disattivare il sequencer.

FINESTRA PRINCIPALE
Questa centralina è stata caricata con una libreria di apparecchi prima di essere spedita.
All’accensione, dopo una breve fase di test, apparirà la schermata principale dove sono
riassunte tutte le principali informazioni.

Freeze: Premere il pulsante [F5] per “congelare” le fixtures attive.
Tali fixtures possono essere temporaneamente rimosse dal
controllo degli slider, Scenes o Show. Quando la fixture è
“congelata”, essa rimane bloccata indipendentemente dalla
scena o Show in esecuzione.
Fuction Free/Lock: Indica lo stato delle funzioni se bloccate (per evitare accessi
non autorizzati) o libere di essere modificate.

1. ESECUZIONE DEGLI SHOWS
Nella schermata principale premere i pulsanti [SHOW] (1-18) per selezionare lo show da
eseguire. Quando il relativo pulsante è premuto, il led lampeggiante indica che lo show
corrispondente è in esecuzione. Il display LCD mostra lo stato dello show (step in
esecuzione, tempo di attesa e tempo di dissolvenza, modalità di esecuzione ecc.).

Utilizzare il pulsante [F10] per selezionare la modalità di esecuzione desiderata per gli
show. Sono possibili tre opzioni: Auto, Manual e Music.
In modalità Auto, lo show avanza secondo il tempo di attesa ed il tempo di dissolvenza
selezionati. I pulsanti [STAND] e [CROSS] possono essere utilizzati per cambiare il
tempo di attesa ed il tempo di dissolvenza dello show.
In modalità Manual premere Go o Back ([F6] o [F7]) per passare allo step successivo o
precedente. In tale modalità lo show sarà eseguito un passo alla volta.
In modalità Music lo show sarà eseguito un passo alla volta, secondo le battute della
musica.
Questa centralina permette di creare un sequencer unendo tra loro gli shows. Per
eseguire il sequencer, premere il relativo pulsante, il led corrispondente inizierà a
lampeggiare. Il display LCD mostrerà lo show corrente in esecuzione ed i suoi steps.
E’ possibile riconoscere quale show è in esecuzione attraverso il relativo led
lampeggiante. Tutti gli show saranno eseguiti uno alla volta. Per disattivare il sequencer
premere il relativo pulsante una seconda volta.
Questa centralina permette di memorizzare fino a 128 scene. Per richiamarne una scena
premere il relativo pulsante, il led corrispondente inizierà a lampeggiare.
E’ possibile selezionare una scena alla volta. Premere di nuovo il pulsante relativo alla
scena selezionata per disattivarla.
Questa centralina può controllare fino a 64 fixture dopo aver effettuato il relativo
patching. I pulsanti [FIXTURE] (1-16) possono essere utilizzati in combinazione con i
pulsanti [FIXTURE BANK] (1-4) per selezionare la fixture desiderata.
Il led relativo alla fixture selezionata lampeggerà, ad indicare che la fixture è sotto il
controllo manuale, attraverso gli sliders.
Fare attenzione allo stato del led: la sua modalità di lampeggio sarà diversa a seconda
delle funzioni che si stanno eseguendo sulla fixture scelta. Riferirsi a pag. 7-8 per
maggiori dettagli.
5. GRUPPI DI FIXTURES
Questa centralina permette di creare fino a 9 gruppi, combinando tra loro fixtures simili.
Un gruppo permette di ridurre alcune procedure quando si lavora con fixtures simili.
Per visualizzare un gruppo già creato premere il relativo pulsante [GROUP] (1-9), il led
corrispondente lampeggerà e con esso i led delle fixtures appartenenti al gruppo.
Premere una seconda volta il pulsante [GROUP] per uscire.

6. CONGELARE UNA FIXTURE
Questa funzione permette di rimuovere temporaneamente una fixture dagli effetti degli
shows, delle scene e dei movimenti degli slider. Quando una fixture è congelata essa
rimane fissa, indipendentemente dalle scene o shows.
Per congelare una fixture selezionarla (il relativo led lampeggerà), quindi premere il
pulsante Freeze [F5]. Il led relativo alla fixture congelata lampeggerà per tre volte ad
intervalli regolari. Per scongelare la fixture premere il relativo pulsante una sola volta.
La prima volta che si deve accedere al menu Setup, dopo l’accensione della centralina,
verrà richiesto di inserire una password. Inserire tale password attraverso i pulsanti
[SHOW] (1-18). La password di default è 1-6-8-1-6-8.
La password preserva tutti i dati della centralina da accessi e variazioni non autorizzati. Il
display LCD mostrerà la scritta Function Lock prima dell’immissione della password.
Dopo l’immissione invece, apparirà la scritta Function Free.
Fare attenzione a conservare la password e tenerla sempre a mente. E’ possibile
cambiare la password, vedere più avanti nella sezione Menu Setup.
8. SEQUENCER SETUP
Nella finestra principale premere il pulsante SeqSetup [F2] per accedere alla funzione
sequencer. Questa funzione permette di selezionare fino a 100 show per realizzare un
sequencer. E’ possibile scegliere gli shows desiderati attraverso i relativi pulsanti ed
eliminare uno show premendo il pulsante Delete [F12].
Il pulsante P1-18 [F11] può essere utilizzato per passare alla pagina degli shows 19-36.
Il pulsante Esc [F9] può essere utilizzato per tornare alla finestra principale.
La memorizzazione è automatica.

9. MENU’ GRUPPI
Nella finestra principale premere il pulsante Group [F7] per entrare nel relativo
sottomenu. Questo menu permette di selezionare più fixtures simili per creare un
gruppo.
Per prima cosa selezionare il gruppo premendo il relativo pulsante [GROUP] (1-9).
Selezionare le fixtures desiderate in combinazione con i pulsanti [FIXTURE BANK] (1-4).
Per creare un gruppo è consigliabile selezionare fixtures simili.
Premere il pulsante Esc [F1], la memorizzazione è automatica.

MENU SETUP
Nella finestra principale premere il pulsante Setup [F1] per accedere al relativo menu.
Sarà richiesto di inserire una password nel caso in cui la funzione Function Lock
risultasse attivata. La password di default è 1-6-8-1-6-8. Nel menu Setup sono presenti
le seguenti funzioni:

2. FIXTURE SETUP
Nel menu Setup, premere il pulsante FixSetup [F3] per accedere al menu del setup delle
fixtures. Apparirà una nuova finestra, dove sono presenti le seguenti funzioni:
Tabset: Per impostare dei valori fissi (Tab 0-255) per ciascun canale.

2.1 FixName
Nel menu Fixture Setup, premere il pulsante FixName [F7] per accedere al sottomenu
Fixture Name Input. Il nome di una fixture è composto da un massimo di 8 caratteri.
Utilizzare lo slider 1 per scorrere i caratteri per la prima lettera del nome, lo slider 2 per la
seconda lettera e così via fino allo slider 8 per l’ultima lettera.
Premere il pulsante Esc [F1] per tornare al menu precedente.

2.2 ChName
Nel menu Fixture setup, premere il pulsante ChName [F8] per accedere al sottomenu
Fixture Channel Name. Il nome del canale è composto da un massimo di 8 caratteri.
Utilizzare lo slider 1 per scorrere i caratteri per la prima lettera del nome, lo slider 2 per la
seconda lettera e così via fino allo slider 8 per l’ultima lettera.
E’ possibile utilizzare anche i pulsanti Up e Down [F10] e [F11] per selezionare uno dei
nomi predefiniti presenti in libreria.
Premere il pulsante Esc [F1] per tornare al menu precedente.

2.3 Fixture Configuration
Nel menu Fixture Setup, seguire passo passo la procedura sotto riportata per
configurare una fixture.
Per ogni fixture è possibile assegnare fino a 20 canali. Se la fixture ne ha meno di 20,
assicurarsi che il canale successivo all’ultimo abbia l’assegnazione Off (scritta sul
display CH.Assign: off).
Attenzione: se un canale della fixture è assegnato con Off sulla centralina, tutti i canali
successivi saranno disabilitati.

PASSO 3 – MasterDim Yes / No
Utilizzare lo slider 3 per abilitare o disabilitare il controllo del master dimmer sul canale.
L’opzione Yes abilita tale controllo, No lo disabilita.
PASSO 5 – Bo Level:
Utilizzare lo slider 5 per selezionare un valore (0-255) in relazione al valore DMX
richiesto per chiudere lo shutter della fixture. Fare riferimento al relativo manuale.
Ripetere i passi 1-5 fino alla completa assegnazione e configurazione di tutti i canali.
2.4 Default
All’interno del menu Fixture Setup, premere il pulsante Default [F12] per cancellare le
fixtures aggiunte e tornare alle fixtures di default. Apparirà una finestra di dialogo dove si
richiede di premere Ok [F10] per confermare o Esc [F1] per uscire.

2.5 Copy From Fixtures
All’interno del menu Fixture Setup premere [F10] o [F11] per accedere al menu Fixture
Copy per copiare una fixture per rimpiazzarne un’altra.
Utilizzare i pulsanti Up [F6] e Down [F7] per selezionare la fixture desiderata dalla
libreria. E’ possibile utilizzare la funzione Keypad [F12] per inserire direttamente il
numero della fixture. Il numero ed il nome della fixture selezionata appariranno nella
finestra. Premere il pulsante Copy [F9], quindi Ok per confermare, oppure premere Esc
[F1] per uscire e tornare al menu precedente.

2.6 Tabset
All’interno del menu Fixture Setup, premere il pulsante [F1] per accedere al menu
Tabset. Questa funzione permette di creare fino a 48 valori tabulati tra 0 e 255, per
richiamare velocemente i valori inseriti, premendo il pulsante del canale corrispondente
al canale tabulato.
Innanzitutto utilizzare lo slider 1 per selezionare il numero di tabulazioni tra 1 e 48 (il
valore off indica che non sono presenti tabulazioni), poi utilizzare lo slider 2 per fissare il
valore della tabulazione selezionata (valore lampeggiante). Premere i pulsanti Next [F11]
o Prev [F12] per spostarsi da una tabulazione all’altra.
Tenere presente che il valore dell’ultima tabulazione inserita deve essere maggiore della
precedente.
Premere Esc [F9] per tornare al menu precedente
2.7 Save
All’interno del menu Fixture setup, terminato il setup della fixture, assicurarsi di premere
il pulsante Save [F2] per salvare tutte le informazioni prima di lasciare il menu.
Se non si effettua la procedura di salvataggio tutte le informazioni andranno perse.

3. FIXTURE PATCH
All’interno del menu Setup, premere il pulsante [F4] (FixPatch) per accedere al relativo
menu. Comparirà una finestra dove saranno indicate le fixture eventualmente
selezionate la precedente sessione di lavoro.
Premere i pulsanti Next [F3] o Prev [F4] per spostare il cursore sulla fixture desiderata
tra 1 e 64, quindi premere i pulsanti Fix. Up [F11] o Fix. Dw [F12] per selezionare una
delle fixture disponibili in libreria. Il display indicherà il nume della fixture corrente,
l’indirizzo DMX di partenza, il numero di canali della fixture ed il totale dei canali occupati
da tutte le fixture.
Ad es. premere [F3] o [F4] per spostare il cursore sul numero 1, quindi premere [F11] o
[F12] per selezionare Ypoc250. In tal caso l’apparecchio Ypoc250 sarà assegnato alla
fixture 1 della consolle. Procedere allo stesso modo per tutte le altre fixture.
Premere il pulsante [F1] per uscire, la memorizzazione è automatica.
Prestare attenzione affinché il numero totale di canali non superi 512, altrimenti apparirà
un messaggio di errore quando si abbandona il menu.

4. DOWNLOAD MENU
All’interno del menu Setup premere il pulsante [F2] per accedere al relativo menu,
all’interno del quale, premendo il pulsante [F4] (Card) si accede al menu di download
dalla memory card e premendo il pulsante [F8] (PC) a quello di download dal PC.
Per uscire premere il pulsante [F1] (Esc).

4.1 Memory Card Menu
All’interno del Download Menu premere il pulsante Card [F4] per accedere al relativo
menu, all’interno del quale sono presenti le seguenti opzioni:
Save: Per accedere al menu per salvare dalla centralina alla card.
Il riquadro centrale del display mostra il numero della sezione sulla card ed il relativo
nome. Gli sliders 1÷13 possono essere utilizzati per assegnare un nome alla sezione
della card, con un massimo di 13 caratteri.

4.1.1 Memory Load From Card Menu
All’interno del Memory Card Menu, premere il pulsante Load [F4] per accedere al relativo
menu, all’interno del quale è possibile selezionare ciò che si vuole scaricare dalla card,
tra libreria delle fixture (FixSetup [F4]), setup generale della macchina (Setup [F8]),
scene (Scene [F7]), Show (Show [F5]) oppure scaricare tutto (Load All [F10] / [F11]).
Effettuata la selezione apparirà una nuova finestra sul display, tramite la quale
confermare l’operazione tramite il pulsante Ok [F10]. Il tempo impiegato dipende dal
volume di materiale da trasferire. Premendo il pulsante Show [F5], si accede al relativo
menu.
Premere Up [F6] o Down [F7] per selezionare lo show da scaricare tra 1 e 36. Inoltre è
possibile inserire direttamente il numero dello show desiderato tramite il pulsante
Keypad [F12]. Effettuata la selezione premere il pulsante Load [F9], quindi Ok, per
procedere con il download. Per scaricare tutti gli show presenti sulla card premere il
pulsante Load All [F10] o [F11], quindi ok.
Premere il pulsante Esc [F1] per uscire.

4.1.2 Memory Save To Card Menu
All’interno del Memory Card Menu, premere il pulsante Save [F8] per accedere al
relativo menu, all’interno del quale è possibile selezionare ciò che si vuole salvare sulla
card, tra libreria delle fixture (FixSetup [F4]), setup generale della macchina (Setup [F8]),
scene (Scene [F7]), Show (Show [F5]) oppure salvare tutto (Save All [F10] / [F11]).
Effettuata la selezione apparirà una nuova finestra sul display, tramite la quale
confermare l’operazione tramite il pulsante Ok [F10]. Il tempo impiegato dipende dal
volume di materiale da trasferire. Premendo il pulsante Show [F5], si accede al relativo
menu.
Premere Up [F6] o Down [F7] per selezionare lo show da salvare tra 1 e 36. Inoltre è
possibile inserire direttamente il numero dello show desiderato tramite il pulsante
Keypad [F12]. Effettuata la selezione premere il pulsante Save [F9], quindi Ok, per
procedere con il salvataggio. Per salvare tutti gli show presenti sulla centralina, premere
il pulsante Save All [F10] o [F11], quindi ok.
Premere il pulsante Esc [F1] per uscire.

4.2 Download With PC menu
All’interno del Download Menu premere il pulsante PC [F8] per accedere al relativo
menu, all’interno del quale sono presenti le seguenti opzioni:

4.2.1 Backup to PC Menu
All’interno del menu Download With PC Menu premere il pulsante Backup [F8] per
accedere al relativo menu, all’interno del quale è possibile effettuare un backup sul PC
della libreria delle fixture (FixSetup [F4]), setup generale della macchina (Setup [F8]),
scene (Scene [F7]) o show (Show [F5]), effettuando la connessione tramite la porta RS-
232 presente sul pannello posteriore.
Per prima cosa è necessario configurare Hyper Terminal per lavorare con la
PLBR256MH1. Avviare il programma selezionando START \ Programmi \ Accessori \
Hyper Terminal. Se per qualche motivo tale programma non è installato in Windows,
bisogna installarlo dal CD di installazione di Windows stesso.
Selezionare il pannello di controllo, quindi Aggiungi / Rimuovi Programmi, cliccare su
Installazione Windows,selezionare Comunicazioni. Seguire le istruzioni per completare
l’installazione.

Ignorare il numero di telefono e le altre voci in questa finestra di dialogo, quindi premere
ok. Nella finestra successiva, impostare la voce Bit per secondo a 38400, Bit di dati a 8,
Parità su Nessuno, Bit di Stop a 1 e Controllo di flusso su Nessuno.
Una volta configurato, è possibile utilizzare Hyper Terminal per inviare i dati della
centralina e salvarli sul proprio hard disk. Collegare la centralina al PC, come sopra
descritto, cliccare sul file creato precedentemente PLBR256MH1, cliccare su
trasferimento sulla barra dei menù, quindi selezionare Acquisisci testo. Apparirà una
finestra di dialogo dove scegliere la directory ed il nome del file da acquisire. Utilizzare
un nome tipo PLBR256MH1.txt. Assicurarsi di non utilizzare un nome già esistente, in
quanto i dati ricevuti, non saranno soprascritti sul vecchio file.
Cliccare su Avvia, Hyper Terminal è ora pronto a ricevere il file dalla centralina.
A questo punto all’interno del menu Backup To PC Menu è possibile selezionare ciò che
si vuole salvare sul PC, tra libreria delle fixture (FixSetup [F4]), setup generale della
macchina (Setup [F8]), scene (Scene [F7]), Show (Show [F5]) oppure salvare tutto
(Backup All [F10] / [F11]).
Effettuata la selezione apparirà una nuova finestra sul display, tramite la quale
confermare l’operazione tramite il pulsante Ok [F10]. Il tempo impiegato dipende dal
volume di materiale da trasferire. Premendo il pulsante Show [F5], si accede al relativo
menu.

Premere Up [F6] o Down [F7] per selezionare lo show per il quale effettuare un backup
tra 1 e 36. Inoltre è possibile inserire direttamente il numero dello show desiderato
tramite il pulsante Keypad [F12]. Effettuata la selezione premere il pulsante Backup [F9],
quindi Ok, per procedere con il salvataggio. Per effettuare un backup di tutti gli show
presenti sulla centralina premere il pulsante Backup All [F10] o [F11], quindi ok.
Premere il pulsante Esc [F1] per uscire.
Alla fine del Backup è possibile chiudere Hyper Terminal oppure selezionare
trasferimento / Acquisisci testo / Termina il file di backup verrà salvato automaticamente
sul PC.
All’interno del menu Download With PC Menu premere il pulsante Restore [F4] per
accedere al relativo menu, all’interno del quale è possibile scaricare dal PC la libreria
delle fixture (FixSetup [F4]), il setup generale della macchina (Setup [F8]), le scene
(Scene [F7]) o gli show (Show [F5]), effettuando la connessione tramite la porta RS-232
presente sul pannello posteriore. Effettuata la selezione, sul display apparirà una finestra
che indica che la centralina è pronta per scaricare i dati dal PC.
Richiamare il file creato precedentemente PLBR256MH1, cliccare su Trasferimento sulla
barra dei menu e selezionare Invia file di testo. Apparirà una finestra dove selezionare il
file da inviare. Individuato il file, cliccare su Apri. Hyper Terminal inizierà con la
trasmissione del file dal PC alla centralina. Quando il download sarà terminato, sul
display comparirà 100%. Attendere che tale indicatore scompaia ed il display ritorni al
menù precedente.
ATTENZIONE: non interrompere l’operazione di download.

Premendo il pulsante Show [F5] si accede al relativo menu.
Premere Up [F6] o Down [F7] per selezionare lo show da scaricare dal PC tra 1 e 36.
Inoltre è possibile inserire direttamente il numero dello show desiderato tramite il
pulsante Keypad [F12]. Effettuata la selezione premere il pulsante Restore [F9], quindi
Ok, per procedere con il download. Per scaricare tutti gli show presenti sul PC premere il
pulsante Restore All [F10] o [F11], quindi ok.
Premere il pulsante Esc [F1] per uscire.
All’interno del menu Download With PC Menu premere il pulsante Software [F10] o

5. MISCELLANEOUS MENU’
All’Interno del menù Setup premere il pulsante More [F8] per accedere al relativo menu,
all’interno del quale sono presenti le seguenti opzioni:

5.1 Joystick Configuration
All’interno del Setup Miscellaneous Menu, premere il pulsante Joystick [F2]. Apparirà
una finestra dove è indicata la modalità di funzionamento del joystick. Sono possibili 5
opzioni, che è possibile scegliere attraverso il pulsante Mode [F4].
Le opzioni sono le seguenti:

5.2 Auto Run Mode
All’interno del Setup Miscellaneous Menu, premere il pulsante Auto Run [F3] per
accedere al relativo menu, dove è possibile determinare se attivare o meno in
automatico gli show o il sequencer nel momento in cui la centralina viene accesa.
Premere il pulsante Mode [F4] per abilitare o disabilitare la modalità. Per selezionare lo
show da attivare automaticamente (tra 1 e 36) o il sequencer,muovere lo slider 1 fino alla
selezione prescelta.

5.3 Single / Multishow Mode
All’interno del Setup Miscellaneous Menu, premere il pulsante ShowMode [F4] per
accedere al relativo menu. Premere il pulsante Mode [F4] per selezionare tra modalità
Singolo show o Multi show. Nel primo caso, si potrà eseguire un solo show alla volta, nel
secondo, invece, è possibile eseguire più show alla volta, secondo il principio LTP
(l’ultimo show attivato ha la priorità).

5.4 MIDI Configuration
All’interno del Setup Miscellaneous Menu, premere il pulsante MIDI [F5] per accedere al
relativo menu. Premere il pulsante Mode [F4] per attivare o disattivare la modalità.
Muovere lo slider 1 per assegnare un canale MIDI, in accordo con la tastiera MIDI o il
sequencer a cui la centralina è collegata.

5.5 Beeper Configuration
All’interno del Setup Miscellaneous Menu, premere il pulsante Beeper [F6] per accedere
al relativo menu, all’interno del quale è possibile scegliere se attivare o disattivare il beep
ad ogni pressione de pulsanti. Premere il pulsante Mode [F4] per attivare o disattivare la
modalità.

5.6 Gooseneck Dimmer Adjustment
All’interno del Setup Miscellaneous Menu, premere il pulsante Dimmer [F7] per accedere
al relativo menu, all’interno del quale è possibile regolare l’intensità della lampada
connessa alla presa USB (venduta separatamente).
Muovere lo slider 1 per regolare il dimmer tra 0 e 100%. Il valore 0 indica lampada
spenta, il valore 100 indica massima intensità.

5.7 Display Adjustment
All’interno del Setup Miscellaneous Menu, premere il pulsante Display [F8] per accedere
al relativo menu, all’interno del quale è possibile regolare il contrasto del display.
Muovere lo slider 1 per regolare il contrasto tra 0 e 100%.

6 MUSIC GAIN ADJUSTMENT
All’interno del Menu Setup, premere il pulsante Music Gain [F10] o [F11] per accedere al
relativo menu.
All’interno del menu, muovere lo slider 1 per regolare il guadagno tra 0 e 100.
Il cursore compreso tra le parentesi quadre lampeggia ogni volta che viene percepito il
segnale musicale. E’ possibile regolare il valore ottimale del guadagno dopo diversi test.

7 CHANGE PASSWORD
All’interno del menu Setup premere il pulsante Password [F9]. Sarà richiesto di inserire
la password corrente.
Inserire le password tramite i pulsanti [SHOW] (1-18), inserire poi allo stesso modo la
nuova password e ripeterla di nuovo.
La nuova password rimpiazzerà la precedente.
Se l’operazione non va a buon fine a causa di errori, si ritornerà automaticamente al
menu Setup.
Premere il pulsante Esc [F1] per tornare al menu precedente in ogni momento in cui si
voglia abbandonare la procedura.

8. RESET
All’interno del menu Setup premere il pulsante Reset [F12]. Sarà richiesto di inserire la
password. Dopo averla introdotta il display mostrerà il menu Reset, all’interno del quale
comparirà un messaggio di avviso in base al quale, eccetto per la libreria delle fixture,
tutti gli altri dati memorizzati saranno cancellati.
Premere il pulsante Ok [F5] per cancellare tutti i dati e ritornare alle impostazioni di
default. Premere il pulsante Esc [F1] per tornare al menù precedente. La
memorizzazione è automatica.

MENU EDIT SHOW
All’interno della pagina principale premere il pulsante ShowEdit [F3], sarà richiesto di
selezionare lo show con il quale si intende lavorare, selezionandolo tramite i pulsanti
[SHOW] da 1 a 36. All’interno di tale menu sono presenti le seguenti opzioni:
Step Up: Per passare allo step successivo all’interno di uno show.
Step Dw: Per tornare allo step precedente all’interno di uno show.
Run: Esegue una demo dello show che si sta creando per testare
quanto è stato fatto.
Clr Fix: Per eliminare tutte le fixtures contenute all’interno dello step
corrente.

Update: Per salvare una modifica apportata allo step corrente.
All’interno del menu Edit Show, per creare uno step, è possibile creare una scena
direttamente o richiamarne una memorizzata. Quindi premere il pulsante Insert [F11] per
aggiungere tale step all’interno dello show precedentemente selezionato.
Per eliminare uno step dallo show, prima di tutto utilizzare i pulsanti Step Up [F2], Step
Dw [F3] o Step-Key [F4] per selezionare lo step desiderato, quindi premere il pulsante
Dolete [F10]. Apparirà una finestra dove confermare tramite il pulsante Ok [F10] o uscire
tramite Esc [F1].
Per modificare uno step, prima di tutto utilizzare i pulsanti Step Up [F2], Step Dw [F3] o
Step-Key [F4] per selezionare lo step desiderato, quindi modificare lo step come
necessario. E’ inoltre possibile richiamare una scena per rimpiazzare lo step corrente.
Effettuata la modifica, premere il pulsante Update [F12] per salvare la stessa. Apparirà
una finestra dove confermare la modifica tramite il pulsante Ok [F10] oppure uscire
tramite Esc [F1]. Se confermata la modifica, il nuovo step rimpiazzerà il vecchio.

2. SHOW EDIT UTILITY
All’interno del menu Edit Show, premere il pulsante Utilità [F6] per accedere al relativo
menu. All’interno sono presenti le seguenti opzioni:
Copy: Per copiare uno o più step che si desidera aggiungere dopo
un altro step.

All’interno del menu Show Edit Utility, premere il pulsante InsShow [F7] per accedere al
relativo menu, all’interno del quale è possibile inserire un intero show all’interno di un
altro precedentemente selezionato.
Premere il pulsante Show [F3] per spostare il cursore “>>” nella casella in linea con la
casella Show, quindi premere i pulsanti Up [F6], Down [F7] o Keypad [F12] per
selezionare lo show che si vuole aggiungere. Premere poi il pulsante In To [F4] per
spostare il cursore “>>” nella casella in linea con la casella In To. Premere i pulsanti Up
[F6], Down [F7] o Keypad [F12] per selezionare lo step dopo il quale si intende copiare lo
show selezionato. Premere il pulsante Insert [F10], apparirà una finestra dove
confermare con il pulsante Ok [F10] o uscire con il pulsante Esc [F1]. Effettuata la
conferma, lo show sarà aggiunto all’interno dello show con cui si sta lavorando.

2.2 Copy Show
All’interno del menu Show Edit Utility, premere il pulsante CpyShow [F8] per accedere al
relativo menu, all’interno del quale è possibile sovrascrivere uno show precedentemente
selezionato con un nuovo show.
Per prima cosa utilizzare i pulsanti Up [F6], Down [F7] o Keypad [F12] per selezionare lo
show che dovrà rimpiazzare il vecchio, quindi premere il pulsante Copy [F9]. Apparirà
una finestra dove confermare tramite il pulsante Ok [F10] o uscire tramite Esc [F1]. Nel
caso riportato in figura lo show 6 sarà rimpiazzato dallo show 1.

2.3 Erase Steps
All’interno del menu Show Edit Utility, premere il pulsante Erase [F10] per accedere al
relativo menu, all’interno del quale è possibile cancellare uno o più step da uno show.
Per prima cosa premere il pulsante Start [F3] per spostare il cursore “>>” nella casella in
linea con la casella Start, quindi è possibile selezionare lo step di inizio utilizzando i

gli step all’interno del range selezionato, saranno cancellati. Nel caso riportato in figura,
gli step da 1 a 9 saranno cancellati dallo show corrente.

All’interno del menu Show Edit Utility, premere il pulsante Copy [F11] per accedere al
relativo menu, all’interno del quale è possibile copiare più step ed aggiungerli dopo uno
step.
Per prima cosa premere il pulsante Start [F2] per spostare il cursore “>>” nella casella in
linea con la casella Start, quindi è possibile selezionare lo step di inizio utilizzando i
pulsanti Up [F6], Down [F7] o Keypad [F12]. Premere poi il pulsante End [F3] per

Nel caso riportato in figura, gli step da 1 a 5 saranno copiati dopo lo step 9.

2.5 Clear Show
All’interno del menu Show Edit Utility, premere il pulsante Clr Show [F4] per eliminare lo
show corrente. Apparirà una finestra di dialogo dove confermare tramite il pulsante Ok
[F10] o uscire tramite il pulsante Esc [F1]. Effettuata la conferma, lo show sarà
cancellato dalla memoria.
2.6 Clone
All’interno del menu Show Edit Utility, premere il pulsante Clone [F5] per clonare lo step
corrente con una scena memorizzata. Se lo step viene clonato con successo, è possibile
modificarlo senza modificare la scena di partenza. Se la memoria non è sufficiente per
portare a termine l’operazione, sul display apparirà la scritta “Out of Memory”.
All’interno del menu Show Edit Utility, premere il pulsante ShowAll [F12] per visualizzare
il patching delle fixtures e le fixtures utilizzate all’interno dello show corrente.

All’interno del menu Scene premere il pulsante Edit [F6]. Apparirà una finestra di dialogo

E’ possibile creare la scena direttamente utilizzando gli sliders, oppure richiamando una
scena già esistente. Creata la scena ideale premere il pulsante Update [F12]. Apparirà
una finestra di dialogo dove confermare tramite il pulsante Ok [F10] o uscire tramite il
pulsante Esc [F1]. Effettuata la conferma, la scena sarà salvata.

2. COPY SCENES
All’interno del menu Scene premere il pulsante Copy [F5]. Apparirà una finestra di
dialogo dove si richiede di selezionare la scena sorgente di cui effettuare la copia.
Selezionare la scena e premere Ok [F10] per continuare la procedura. Selezionare la
scena dove copiare, quindi premere Ok [F10] per confermare o Esc [F1] per uscire.

3. SAVE SCENES
All’interno del menu Scene premere il pulsante Save [F8]. Apparirà una finestra di
dialogo dove si richiede di selezionare la scena sulla quale effettuare il salvataggio.
Questa funzione permette di “congelare” una configurazione dei proiettori e salvarla

BASIC CONTROL PARTS
FIXTURE BUTTONS(1-16)
These16buttonsplay multi-purpose functions depending on the operating mode.
Only one function is selected at a time and the LED will be lit accordingly. There are four
statuses:
The LED lights up, indicating the fixture can not be switched off unless it is enabled.
The LED blinks constantly, indicating the fixture can be enabled by channel faders.
The LED blinks briefly, indicating the fixture is a part of the scenes or shows.
The LED blinks unstably, indicating the fixture is frozen.
SCENE BUTTONS(1-16)
These 16 buttons can be used for Scene Menu and Show Edit menu.
FADERS (1-16)
These16faders can be used to control the 16 individual DMX channels of the fixtures.
JOYSTICK
This joystick is used to control the Pan or Tilt movement of the fixtures.
CHANNEL BUTTONS(1-16)

HOMEPAGE WINDOW
This console has been loaded with fixture library before shipment. Switch the power on,
this console will have access to the homepage window after initialisation test. In
homepage phase, this console will resume the playback of last time and the information
indication will be detailed as follows:

Freeze: Enables to freeze all the selected fixtures so that you
can keep the fixtures from being attached to the faders,
scenes and shows.
Clr Fix.: Clears all manual fixtures unless they are frozen.
Auto/ Manual/ Music: Enables to choose the running mode for the show(s).
P1-18/ P19-36: Shift of P1-18 and P19-36 shows.

1. PLAYBACK SHOWS
Fade Ena: The F2 is used to select between Fade Enable and Fade
Disabile for cross time.
In the homepage phase, press the show 1-18 buttons to select the show you wish to play
back. When the button is pressed, the LED will light up indicating the show is on, the
LCD will display the running state of the show, such as the step, stand time, cross time,
the running mode, etc. A second tap of the relevant Show button will quit the show.
You can select one show alone at one time when SingleShow is enable. On the contrary,
two or more shows can be selected at one time when Multishow is enable.

Use the F10 button to select the desired running mode for the selected show(s). There
are three options: Auto mode, Manual mode and Music mode. Auto mode, the shows will
be advance on the set stand and cross time. The Stand and Cross time buttons can be
used to change the stand and cross time for the show. In Manual mode, pressing Go or
Back (F6 or F7) allows to raise or lower the step of the show. As a result, the shows will
be executed step by step. In Music mode, the show will be executed depending on the
music beat.
2. PLAYBACK A SEQUENCER
This console allows you to produce a sequencer by linking the shows. To playback the
sequencer, simply press the Sequencer button, its LED will light up. The LCD screen
shows the current show and its step. You can recognize the shows contained in the
sequencer by their LEDs being blinking, and all the shows will be in progress one by
one. Pressing the Sequencer button a second time will exit from the sequencer.
3. CALL A SCENE
This console can record 128 scenes. To recall a scene, you will simply press any of 16
scene buttons, its LED will light up indicating the scene is selected. You can only select
one scene at a time. Pressing this button again deselects the scene, its LED goes out.
4. CHOOSE FIXTURE
This console can control up to 64 fixtures after you have patched the fixture.
The Fixture buttons 1-16 can be used in combination with Bank buttons to select desired
fixtures.
The fixture LED blinks regularly indicating the fixture is selected and that faders are
enabled. Take notice to observe the status of the LED so that you can be aware of the
conditions of the fixture. Please refer to fixture buttons of pages 62-63 for details.
5. GROUP OF FIXTURES
This console allows you to create up to 9 groups by combining several fixtures. Group of
fixtures helps reduce the procedure when you work on several equal fixtures.
Press Group 1-9 buttons to call the group of fixtures, the group LED will blink constantly
and the fixtures will be enabled. Pressing this Group button a second time will leave this
group.

6. FREEZE FIXTURES
This function allows you to keep all the selected fixtures from being subjected to the
faders, scenes or shows. When a fixture is frozen, it will remain unchanged regardless of
the scene or show. To freeze a fixture, firstly select a fixture (its LED blinks constantly),
then you can freeze this fixture by pressing the F5 button.
The fixture LED gives three-flicker at intervals indicating it is frozen. To unfreeze this
fixture, you simply have to press the fixture button once.
The first time that you enter any setup menu after switching the console on, you will be
required to insert a Password which can be inserted pressing Show buttons (numeric
buttons 1-10). The default Password is 1-6-8-1-6-8.
The Password prevents all data files of the console from any unauthorized changes, that
will enhance the data security. The LCD shows Function Lock before you enter correct
Password. After you have inserted the Password, you will be enabled to get into any
setup menu, which can be prompted by “Function Free” message in the display.
Every time you switch the console on, you will be required to insert the Password before
you can make any parameter settings. Carefully protect your Password and always keep
it in mind. You can change the Password as necessary (see Setup menu).
8. SEQUENCER SETUP
In Homepage phase, pressing the F2 button (SeqSetup) allows you to enter Sequencer
Setup. This menu allows you to pick up to 100 shows to make up a sequencer.
You can choose the desired shows by means of Show buttons, and delete unused
shows by pressing the F12 (Delete) button. Press the F11 (P1-18) button to change
shows between 1-18 and 19-36, and the F9 (Esc) button to go back to the previous
menu. The storage is automatic.

9. GROUP SETUP MENU
In Homepage phase, pressing the F7 button (Group) allows you to enter Group Setup
Menu. This menu allows you to select several similar fixtures to make a group.
First select the group number by pressing the Group button. Next press the Fixture
buttons in combination with the Bank buttons to select the fixtures. We suggest selecting
the same kind of fixtures for a group. Press the F1 (Esc) button to go back to the
previous menu. The storage is automatic.

In Homepage phase, press the F1 button (Setup) to access Setup menu. You will be
required to insert the Password if Function Lock is enabled.
The default password is 1-6-8-1-6-8. In Setup menu, the indications in the LCD will be

2. FIXTURE SETUP
In Setup menu, press the F3 (FixSetup) button to access Fixture setup menu, a new
window will appear. The indications are detailed as follows:
"Fixture: 98 " XXXXXX at the upper left corner indicates the type of the selected fixture,
and "Ch: 1 PanCoars" at the upper right corner indicates the channel number and name
of the fixture. The central box shows 5 o options of fixture configuration, including the
DMX channel assignment, fade enable/disable, master dimmer enable/disable, shutter
enable/disable and Bo level adjustment.
Next / Prev: Select the 255 fixtures in the library to find the required
fixture.
Copy From Fix: Replace the current fixture with a new once.

2.1 Name Fixture
In Fixture Setup menu, press the F7(FixName) button to access “fixture name” menu.
The fixture name consists of a maximum of 8 characters. Use fader 1 to scroll to the
character for the first letter of the fixture name, fader 2 for the second letter, and so on,
until fader 8 for the last letter. Press the F1(Esc) button to go back to the previous menu.

2.2 Name Fixture Channel
In Fixture Setup menu, press the F8 (ChName) button to access “fixture channel name”
menu. The channel name consists of a maximum of 8 letters. Use fader 1 to scroll to the
character for the first letter of the channel name, fader 2 for the second letter, and so on,
until fader 8 for the last letter.
You can also use the F10 (Up) and F11(Down) buttons to select the channel description
available in the library.
Press the F1(Esc) button to go back to the previous menu.

2.3 Fixture Configuration
In Fixture Setup menu, please respect the following procedures for fixture configuration.
Use F5 (CH up) or F6 (CH Down) to select fixture channel, then move the fader 1 to
assign from 1-16, 1F-16F, X, XF, Y, YF that represent channel 1-16 and Pan & Tilt
movement of the joystick of the console.
Let’s take fixture channel 1 as example. If you select 5 using fader 1, (the screen will
display CH. Assign: 5), once fixture configuration is established successfully, channel 5

If you want to use joystick to control fixture channel 1, please use fader 1 to select “x”
(the screen shows CH.Assign: X), the fixture channel 1 will be assigned to Pan
movement of the joystick. In the fixture channel 1 is originally intended to be set aside for
future use, please move fader 1 to have CH.Assign:--- displayed in the screen.
For every fixture, up to 20 channels can be assigned. If there is less than 20 channels,
please make sure that the channel following the last channel of fixture should have Off
assigned. Please take notice that, if the current fixture channel is assigned to Off, you
will be disable to assign the subsequent channels of the fixture any longer.
Moving the fader 2 results in two options: Yes and No. "Yes" indicates fade time is
enabled over the fixture channel. "No" indicates fade time is disabled.

STEP 3 - Master Dimmer Enable/ Disable
Use the fader 3 to enable or disable the master dimmer control over the fixture channel.
Using the fader 4 results in two options: Yes and No. "Yes" indicates the assigned
channel will be subject to Bo level when its shutter channel is shut off.
"No" indicates the assigned channel will remain unchanged regardless of the shutter
channel.
Use the fader 5 to set a value between 0 and 255 in accordance with the DMX value that
is required to shut off the shutter channel of the fixture. Please refer to fixture’s User
manual for Shutter attributes.
Repeat steps 1-5 until you’ve finished fixture channels assignment an setup.
2.4 Default
In Fixture Setup menu, pressing the F12(Default) button allows you to erase the fixture
from the library. A dialog box will appear prompting you to press the F10 (Ok) button to
confirm or to press F1 button to exit.

2.5 Copy From Fixtures
In Fixture Setup menu, press the F10 or F11(Copy FromFix) button to access the Fixture
Copy Menu, which allows you to copy a fixture to replace the fixture you are working on.
First use F6 (Up) or F7 (Down) button to select the desired fixture from the library. You
can also use Keypad (f12) to enter a fixture number. The selected fixture number and
name will appear in the window. Press the F9 (Copy) button then “Ok” to confirm this
setting or the F1 button to exit.

2.6 Tabset
In Fixture Setup menu, press the F9(Tabset) button to access Tabset menu. This
menu allows you to preset up to 48 tabulating values (0-255), so that you can directly call
these values quickly by pressing the corresponding channel button.
First, use the fader 1 to select the amount of tabulating values within 1-48 and Off (Off
indicates this function is disabled). Next use the fader 2 to set the value (0-255) you want
to assign to the flashing tabulation. Press the F11 (Next) or F12 (Prev) button to move
from tabulation to tabulation. Remember that the value in the tabulation should be bigger
than its previous value. Press the F9 (Esc) button to go back to the previous menu.
2.7 Save
In Fixture setup menu, when you have completed the fixture configuration, be sure to
press the F2(Save) button to confirm the configuration setting before you leaves this
menu.
It is very important. If you fail to do so, all the settings you have made will be lost.

3. FIXTURE PATCH
In Setup menu, press the F4 (FixPatch) button to access Fixture Patch menu, a new
window will appear indicating all the fixtures having been patched before. Press the F3
(Next) or F4 (Prev) button to scroll to desired fixture number (from 01 to 64), then press
the F11 (Fix. Up) or F12 (Fix. Dw) button to select the type of fixture available in the
library. The screen will display the current fixture name, its starting channel (DMX
address of fixtures) and the amount of fixture channels, and the total DMX channels
adding up all patched fixtures as well.
For example:
Use F3 or F4 to scroll to number 01, next press F11 or F12 to select XXXXXX. As a
result, XXXXXX will be patched to the fixture 1 controlled by the console. Proceed in this
way to patch tour other fixtures.
Press the F1(Esc) button to leave this menu. The storage is automatic.
Be careful that the sum of channel must not exceed 512, or an error message will appear
when you leave this menu.
Important: Please go over fixture patch table so that you can set correct DMX
addresses for your fixtures. Every new fixture patch may cause change of starting
channel of fixtures.
I you can not find your fixture in the library, you’ll have to add your fixture type into library
by editing the library. To edit the library, please refer to instructions of Fixture Setup.

4. DOWNLOAD MENU
In Setup menu, press F2 (Download) to open Download menu. In this menu, press F4
(Card) access in Memory Card Menu, and pressing the F8 (PC) button leads to

4.2.1 Backup to PC Menu
To connect to a PC, you will need a serial lap link cable available at any computer store.
Connect the RS-232 port on PLBR256MH1 to one of the Serial "COM" ports on your PC.
You will need a PC running Windows 95/ 98. Windows comes with an accessory called
Hyper Terminal that can communicate with PLBR25MH1 via one of the "COM" ports on
your PC.
You must first configure Hyper Terminal to work with PLBR256MH1. Start the Hyper
Terminal program by clicking on "Start" in Windows then "Programs" then "Accessories"
then "Hyper Terminal" then "Hypertrm". If for some reasons Hyper Terminal is not
installed on your version of Windows, install it from your Windows CD. Go to the control
panel, select Add/Remove Programs, select Windows Setup, and then select
Communication. Follow the instructions to complete the installation.
Once the Hyper Terminal Program is getting started, you will be asked to choose a name
and an icon. Name it PLBR256MH1 then pick any icon then click OK. Go to the next
dialog box "Connect to" and choose "Direct to COM" . Ignore the telephone number and
other settings in this box then click OK. In the next dialog box, set bits per second to
38400, data bits to 8, parity to none, stop bits to 1, flow control to none, then click OK.
You will access Hyper Terminal desktop. Click File menu in the upper left corner of the
desktop, then "Properties", then select the "settings" tab. From the settings tab click

"ASCII Setup". In the next dialog box, leave all settings deselect, then OK. Close Hyper
Terminal and you will be prompted to save this Hyper Terminal setup. Click YES to save
it then you will have a program labelled PLBR256MH1. You may want to make a shortcut
on your desktop if you plan to use your PC with PLBR256MH1 often. From this point on,
whenever necessary, you can just click PLBR256MH1 icon to invoke the PLBR256MH1
Hyper Terminal configuration quickly.
Once configured, you can use HyperTerminal to send the PLBR256MH1 data file and
save it on your hard disk. Connect to your PC as described here in before. Next call the
version of Hyper Terminal that you created for PLBR256MH1. Click on "Transfer" on the
top menu bar and select "Capture Text". A dialog box will appear allowing you to select a
folder and name for the data file you send. Use a name like "PLBR256MH1_lib.txt". Be
sure to give a new file name that is not available in this folder, because the data sent
from PLBR256MH1 will not be overwritten the old and instead be added to the existed
file. Click "Start" and Hyper Terminal is now ready to receive the files from
PLBR256MH1.
Now go to the Backup to PC Menu, you can select any itemfrom Fixture setup (F4),
Scene (F7), setup (F8) and LoadAll (F10/F11) you wish to make a bachup. Once the
item is selected, a dialog box will appear in the LCD screen. According to the dialog box,
you can press Ok (F10) to start making backup. The time it takes depends on the volume
of data.
Pressing F5 (Show) will access to Show Backup to PC menu.
In this menu, press F6 (Up) or F7 (Down) to choose the show (from 1 to 36) that you
want to backup, or press F12 (Keypad) to directly enter into show number Once the
show is selected, press F9 (Backup) then “Ok” to make a backup of this show. If you
want to make backup copies of all shows in the library, press F10 or F11(Load All Show)
and “Ok”.
Pressing F1(Esc) to go back to the previous menu.

Once the backup has been completed, you can either close Hyper Terminal or return to
the "Capture Text" pull down menu and select "Stop", the backup file will automatically
be saved in your PC.

Show Restore From PC
In this menu, press F6 (Up) or F7 (Down) to select the show number (from 1 to 36), also
you directly enter show number with F12 (Keypad). Once the show is selected, press F9
(Restore) to get download ready. To download all shows , press F10 or F11 (Restore All
). Do not try exiting during the process of downloading unless it is complete. Press F1
(Esc) to go back to the previous menu.
In Download With PC Menu, press F10 or F11 (Software), a dialog box will
appear indicating this console is ready to update higher version software.
Recall the version of HyperTerminal that you created for PLBR256MH1. Click
on "Transfer" on the top menu bar and select "Send Text File". Find the drive
and the folder where the file is located, select the file and click on "Open".
Hyper Terminal will begin to transmit the file. It will take about two minutes to
transfer the file. After the file has been sent, PLBR256MH1 will reboot its
system and get started with its procedures. If any errors have been detected,
the message of error will appear.
Check your connections and retry.

7 CHANGE PASSWORD
In Setup Menu, press F9 (Password), you will be required to insert your password. Enter
your password correctly and use the Show buttons (1-18) to enter a new password. As a
result, the new password replaces the old. If you fail to change the password, it will
return to Setup menu automatically.

8. RESET
In Setup Menu, press F12 (Reset), you will be required to insert your password. After
entry of password, you will access the Reset menu immediately. This menu gives a
warning message which reminds you that all data files, including the shows, scenes
(except for fixture library), will be deleted if you confirm this reset.
Press the F5 (Ok) button to delete all the data files and restore settings to default value.

In Homepage phase, pressing the F3 button (ShowEdit) you will be required to select a
show you want to work on. Select the show and you will access Edit Show menu

1. INSERT / DELETE / UPDATE STEPS
In Edit Show Menu, you can directly create a new scene or call the scene stored
previously. Then press F11 (Insert) to add this step in the show you previously selected.
To delete a step from this show, first use F2 (Step Up), F3 (Step Dw) or F4 (Step-Key) to
select the desired step. Then press F10 (Delete) and press "Ok" to confirm or F1 to exit.
To modify a step, first select the step using F2, F3 or F4, then modify the step where
necessary. You can also call a existed scene to replace the old step. When you’ve
completed to edit your step, press F12 (Update) to save the modifications. A dialog box
will appear telling you to press "Ok" to confirm or F1 to exit.

Copy: Enables to copy one or more steps, then you can add them
after a step.
ShowAll: Shows the fixture patch and the fixtures used by this show.

2.1 Insert Show
In Show Edit Utility Menu, press F7 (InsShow) to access Show Insert menu. This menu
allows you to add a whole show into the show you previously selected.
First press F3 (Show) to move the cursor ">>" to the frame in line with Show, then use
F6 (Up), F7 (Down) or F12 (Keypad) to select the show you want to add. Press F4 (In
To) to move the cursor ">>" to the frame in line with In To, use F6 (Up), F7 (Down), or
F12 (Keypad) to select the step after which you intend to add the show indicated.
Press F10 (Insert) and a dialog box will appear telling you to press “Ok” to confirm or F1
to exit. “Ok” confirms this operation and the current show will be added to the show you
are working on.

In Show Edit Utility Menu, press F8 (CpyShow) to access Show Copy menu. This menu
allows you to replace a show with the show you have previously selected.
First use F6 (Up), F7 (Down) or F12 (Keypad) to select the show required to be replaced.
Then press F9 (Copy) and it will be required to confirm by pressing "Ok" or to exit by
pressing F1.

2.3 Erase Steps
In Show Edit Utility Menu, press F10 (Erase) to access Step Multi Erase menu. This
menu allows you to erase one or more steps from the show.
First press F3 (Start) to move the cursor ">>" in line with Start, the you can use select
starting step using F6 (Up), F7 (Down) or F12 (Keypad).
After that press F4 (End) to move the cursor “>>” in line with End and select the end step
with F6 (Up), F7 (Down) or F12 (Keypad).
Press F10 (Erase) and select “Ok” or press F1 to confirm or exit. Choosing “Ok”, the
steps from the beginning to the end will be erased.
In this case, the steps from 1 to 9 will be deleted from this show.

2.4 Copy Step
In Show Edit Utility Menu, press F11(Copy) to access Step Multi Copy menu. This menu
allows you to copy multisteps and add them after a step.
First press F2 (Start) to move the cursor ">>" in line with Start, use F6(Up), F7(Down) or
F12(Keypad) to select the starting step. Next select the final step. Then select the step
after which you intend to add these steps. Press F10 (Copy) and a dialog box will appear
asking to you to confirm by "Ok" or to exit by the F1 button.
"Ok" confirms this operation. In this case, according to display in the LCD Screen these 5
steps from 1 to step 5 will be added after the step 9 of this show.

2.5 Clear Show
In Show Edit Utility Menu, press F4 (Clr Show) to clear the current show. You will be
required to confirm by "Ok" or to exit by the F1 button.
"Ok" confirms this operation. As a result, this show will be cleared out of the memory.
Clone
In Show Edit Utility Menu, press F5 (Clone) to clone the current step from a stored
scene. If the step has been cloned successfully, you can modify the step without worryng
that the scene will be changed as well (the scene won’t change although the step has
been modified). If there is not enough memory space for scen clone, the message “Out
of Memory” will appear in the screen.
ShowAll
In Show Edit Utility Menu, press F12 (ShowAll) to see the Fixture Patch and the fixture
used by the show.

In Homepage phase, press the F8 button (Scene) to access to Scene Menu. The options
available are detailed as follows:
Used: Allows you to see which scene has been invoked by the
shows, and which one is not used by the shows.

1. EDIT SCENES
In Scene Menu, press the F6 (Edit) button, you will be required to select the target scene
you intend to edit. Select your desired scene with the Scene button 1-16 in combination
with Bank buttons 1-8, then you can start editing your scene.
You can directly create a new scene using manual faders, also you can recall existing
scene. If you are satisfied with the scene, press the F12 (Update) button and select “Ok”
or press F1 to confirm or abort. Selecting “Ok” this scene will be saved.

2. COPY SCENES
In Scene Menu, press the F5 (Copy) button and select the source scene you want to
make a copy of. Select the Scene, then select "Ok" to continue with this procedure. Next
select the target scene and select “Ok” to confirm or F1 (Esc) to exit.
For example, if you have selected source scene1and target scene 2, as a result, the
scene 2 will be replaced by scene1.

3. SAVE SCENES
In Scene Menu, press the F8 (Save) button and a dialog box will appear asking you to
select the number of the target scene you want to save.
This function allows you to capture the fixture scratch and save it as a scene for future
