BAB I PENDAHULUAN
1.3 Tujuan
Tujuan dilakukannya riset ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kebugaran dan
kemandirian lansia di Banjar Aseman dengan mengoptimalkan hasil dari aktivitas
senam bersama melalui program Otago Home Based Exercise.
1.4 Manfaat Penelitian
Manfaat pebelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kebugaran dan kemandirian
lansia di Banjar Aseman, Abiansemal. Penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi sumber
informasi mengenai penerapan program Otago Home Based Exercise untuk
meningkatkan kemandirian dan kebugaran lansia.
1.5 Luaran
Luaran yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut:
1) Laporan kemajuan PKM-RE
2) Laporan Akhir PKM-RE
3) Artikel Ilmiah PKM-RE
4) Akun Media Sosial PKM-RE
5) Publikasi hasil penelitian di jurnal nasional ber-ISSN.
