Smart Watch:

Device Selection: A smart watch is a type of fitness monitor which is a wearable gadget that
tracks physical activity and other health-related information.
Device operation: It consists of receiving sensor input (e.g., heart rate, accelerometer),
processing data to produce metrics, and displaying information on a screen or syncing it to a
smartphone app.
Parallel I/O Evaluation: Fitness trackers employ parallel I/O to collect data from several
sensors at the same time, which can be seen while tracking activities like jogging or running.
During an acitivity, the fitness tracker takes data from sensors such as the accelerometer, which
measures steps and distance, the heart rate monitor, which monitors the user's pulse, and the
GPS module, which tracks position. Parallel I/O guarantees that all of these data streams are
handled concurrently, allowing the device to deliver a complete and timely picture of the user's
behavior.

Smart TV:

Device Selection: A Smart TV is a type of television with internet connectivity and app
capabilities.
Device Operation: Receives input from remote controls and user interactions. Processes data
to display video content and run applications.
Parallel I/O Assessment: Smart TVs may utilize parallel I/O to stream high-definition video
material from the internet, which means the TV does not have to wait for the full movie to
download before beginning playing. Instead, it downloads distinct portions of the video (chunks
or packets) from the internet server at the same time. This concurrent data fetching means that
you may start viewing the movie soon after starting it, and that the streaming experience stays
seamless even if your internet connection changes.
