A. Academic audience (i.e., instructors, faculty, staff)

scholarly community who are the intended readers or recipients of academic work, such
as research papers, articles, theses, or presentations. This audience typically includes
professors, researchers, and experts in particular fields. The style and tone used to
interview them is formal, with clarity, respect, authoritative, polite, and seriousness.

1. What is the significance of setting New Year’s resolutions from a personal and
professional development perspective?
2. How do you think achieving this resolution will positively impact your life?
3. How do you plan to stay motivated throughout the year?”
