TEA……………………….

 Filtered tea is a colloid and hence it is a heterogeneous

mixture. A colloid is a heterogeneous mixture. The size of the
solutes in this mixture is so small that they cannot be seen
individually with naked eyes, and seems to be distributed
uniformly throughout the mixture.
 When tea is made from ground up tea leaves the minute, very
small particles that get suspended in water that turn it into tea.
The particles give the tea its distinctive colour ranging from
green to brown. And its taste which is mesmerising depending
upon the environment like green tea for a lush relaxing time or
milk tea for a daily dose of energy.
 The tea is made up of many minute particles of manly
consisting of mainly minute ground of tea particles, milk, sugar,
etc to enhance its distinctive taste.
 The particles that are found in tea are indeed very stable and
continue to be suspended in the solvent their size ranging from
1nm to 1000nm.
 Colloids usually feature substances that are evenly dispersed in
another.
 Also, tea stabilises our body and brain and also its nutritious for
our body
 But too much of anything is not good.
 In such mixtures, the substance that is dispersed is referred to
as the dispersed phase whereas the substance through which it
is dispersed is called the continuous phase.
 So, the tea particles, sugar, milk etc are the dispersed phase
while the water (the solvent) is the continuous phase.
