listed herein. The offer reflects the Suggested Retail Price as well as the recipients purchase price. Unless specifically stated otherwise in this
quotation prices do not include delivery, taxes, customs duties or related costs, on-site installation, training, international and local travel,
accommodation, meals or related travel expenses. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions below.

Acceptance
Authorised Channel Partners may accept this offer by converting the opportunity in Partner Collaboration Zone into an order. Non-Authorised Partners
should provide WorldsView Technologies with an official purchase order reflecting the quotation number above or other written confirmation also reflecting
the quotation number. By accepting this offer you accept Worldsview Technologies terms and conditions.

Validity
Quoted prices includes VAT and unless otherwise stipulated on this quotation are valid for a period of 5 days from date of issue. This quotation is based
on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of quotation. Should the exchange rate change, we would be happy to provide an updated quotation. Errors
and omissions excepted.

Payment Terms
Payment terms for non-account holders are strictly Pre-Payment before delivery inclusive of all taxes and charges. For account holders, payment is
due according to the terms and conditions of your account with WorldsView Technologies.

Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are strictly nett, Inco Terms 2010 EXW (Ex Works).

Warranty
No warranty is offered other than the Original Equipment Manufacturer warranty.
