- Good morning Sir, thank you for the opportunity. My name is Damara Tamisha Zarika. I live at
Lembayung Street number eighty, Semarang. I am currently studying in the Department of Pharmacy,
Diponegoro University.

How did you hear about this position? Do you get the information from your friend, social media, or
any other related source?
- I heard information for this position from one of the lecturers in my department and I’m very
interest to trying it.

Okay lets begin the interview, do you have any reason why you are interested in this job? What
motivates you to apply for this job?
- I love working as a volunteer to give something back to the community. I have concerns in the health
sector, including TB disease. This is motivated by the news published by the Ministry of Health
Indonesia in 2023 stating that Indonesia is ranked 3rd in the world in cases of the spread of TB
disease. So that, with the opportunity to be volunteer for this project,I hope people can more be
aware of personal and environmental health.

Can you describe, what makes you better or superior to the other candidates for this job?
- I believe about my experience in the field of organization and the pharmacy course I am currently
undertaking can facilitate my contribution as a volunteer. Based on that experience, I have some
skills, example good teamwork skill, time management, plan a long-term and high-level strategy
based on ideas gleaned from brainstorming to improve organizational processes, evaluate the success
of the organization in achieving its goals and formulate a plan to fix problems if the company does not
achieve its goals, etc. I highly believe about these skills makes me better than the other candidates for
this position.

What sort of contribution you will offer to the project if you are accepted in this position?
- I was involved in an organization when I was in high school, namely MPK. I am sure that the various
experiences in being in an organization will enable me to adjust to the vision and mission of the
company and contribute to the position I am applying for. In particular, I am very confident in my
ability to calm down and think critically to solve problems, to lead, take initiative, and be able to
relate to others.

This position require a good teamwork skill, do you have any experience working as a team before?
- Yes, I do. I have experience working as a team before in my organization that I’ve been join in high
school. I also have experience working as a team in the organization that I am currently in, namely
Perkantas Semarang. In the church community, I have worked as a teams on various committees.

This job will consume a lot of your study time. As a student, are you sure you can manage a balance in
the work and study?
- Yes, of course. I highly believe that I can manage a balance in the work and study. This can be proven
by my current position studying at a state university that I worked hard to enter. I also managed to
get a semester GPA of 3.81 in the last semester amidst the many organizational activities I was
working on.

Now we will talk about your leisure time, do you have any kind of interest or hobby that you do
during your leisure time? Tell me about it.
- In my leisure time I love to read some books or just have quality time with my family or I can do
journaling about the activities that I have been done that day

Can you explain to me your strength and weakness? How you can deal with your weakness?
- I know a lot of people are afraid of public speaking but I really like it, and often use my speaking
experience to support team projects. For example, last month I was the MC for the Undip Pharmacy
Anniversary event. I also get a lot of personal fulfillment from helping my colleagues with their
presentations.

Meanwhile, one of my challenges is effectively proofreading my own work, especially in a fast-paced


environment. I take a little longer, but often there’s not enough time, and I don’t want to let errors go
through. One of my solutions has been relying on other writers and editors on staff to review my
work, but I’m also looking at taking writing classes to help me elevate my editing skills to be more
productive and efficient.
