PETITION FILED UNDER SEC.35 OF THE ADVOCATES ACT ,1961.

I am residing at Chennai for my job, my father (Muthusamy) and mother (Puspham) who senior
citizens are living at 5/521 E Anna nagar west Thiruppachetti. We have a Land dispute in the above
address between us and our neighbour (R. Senthil Kumar (Advocate) & family). In 2012 Central
government has extended NH 49 road and acquired our land of 16 cents with patta no 1182 and we
have remaining 12 cents of land wherein we built new house with existing tiled roof house and
empty land. After central govt acquired land, the opponent who is advocate Senthil Kumar is
acquiring our land of 3 cents by cutting the trees, demolishing the cowshed, cleaning our own land
and he is built small room, car shed and a toilet. We have given multiple complaints in Police against
advocate and his family as mentioned below with details. Advocate and their family threating my
parents who are senior citizen saying they will kill my parents and FIR has been also filed against
advocate brother son and multiple CSR is filed against advocate as attached below. We have also
filed Civil case (OS 136/2022) for the same land issue (Please find the attached Affidavit copy).
Opponent Senthil Kumar has also filed case against as in High court (2260/2022) despite he has
acquired our land and built room, shed and toilet.

There was a case filed against the Land in RDO Court and RDO has given an order to the Tahsildar to
survey the land and give the report. But Senthil kumar (Advocate) is threating the officers not to
survey the land. And the officers are not able to come and survey the land and give the report. So,
we are facing an issue in the land. As mentioned previously we have filed many complaints against
him in the Police station, but as he is an Advocate, he and his whole family are threating us that he
will file a case against us. Recently on March 6th 2023, Advocate Senthil Kumar and his brother
Kaleeswaran went to our house and beat my mother and pushed her near the gate who is senior
citizen and trying to beat my father who is at age 73, please find attached video proof for the same
which is captured in CCTV placed in my home .He is also threating Policemen stating he is a lawyer,
and few cases are also has been filed which is listed below. Apart from this his family has lot of
criminal cases, land grabbing, robbery cases, Sand looting) in various police station (Thiruppachetti,
Thiruppuvanam, Mana Madurai, Poovanthi etc.

We are given multiple complaints to the Police Station, even though there is Complaint in the
property. For your reference we are giving the complaint no.

1. Complaint No 35/2021(Mahendran) Senthil kumar (Advocate) brother son.

2. CSR No 30/2022 against Senthil kumar (Advocate)
3. CSR No 516/2022 against Senthil kumar (Advocate)
For your information he has enrolled as an advocate with no 622/2018 in bar council though he has
multiple complaints in PS as mentioned below:
