SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

name, constitute and appoint, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of, Philippines and, of
legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of to be our true and lawful Attorneys-in-Fact, for us
and in our name, place and stead, to do the following acts and deeds, matters and things, to wit:

1. To negotiate, to sell, to dispose, in any institution/private persons, perform general

administration and/or any transactions over the subject properties relative to the sale or
disposition in favour of any person or entity covering Lot Numbers herein below
enumerated:

2. To sign and execute the Extra-Judicial Settlement of the Estate, Deed of Absolute Sale,
Acknowledgment or any other documents, contracts and/or agreements, covering the

to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Registry of Deeds (ROD), Assessor’s Office and
any other offices that may require our personal presence in relation to the above-
mentioned properties;
4. To represent us, demand, sue, file and to do any acts to protect our rights and interest
over the subject properties, before any government office, any court or body or against
any person/s who may have any adverse interest over our properties, make
representations, sign any affidavits, verification and certification of non-forum shopping
and appear and present evidences during hearing/s;
5. To receive cash and/or check/s if any and encash the same to any banking institution;
6. To make, sign, execute document or receipt or any and all documents and releases, or
other instruments as may be necessary in our behalf for the above transaction;
7. To do and perform any and all acts necessary to accomplish the foregoing acts and
authorities.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney full powers and authority
to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing
authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally
present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and HEREBY RATIFYING and
CONFIRMING all that our said Attorneys-in-Fact or his/her substitute shall lawfully do or cause
to be done by virtue hereof.
