We intend to engage Graduate Engineers in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical &

Production stream for our Airoli, Navi Mumbai Premises. The selected candidate will be
placed in functions like Design, Testing, Production, Supply Chain, Application Engineering,
Planning, Sales etc. in one of our Business Divisions (Transformers, Motors, Drives &
Automation, Magnet Technology Machines & Projects). As a compliance they would be
designated as Graduate Apprentice Trainee and would be registered under Apprenticeship
Act, 1961..

Eligibility: Final year examination passed out in 2023

Duration: One year training

Stipend: Rs. 25,000/- pm

Selection Process: Online Technical test followed by Personal interview

Future Prospects: Opportunity to get absorbed as Sr. Executive at a CTC of 4

LPA depending on the performance during one year of training and vacant position available
in the organization at that point in time.
