ONLINE LABOUR CESS COLLECTION PORTAL : USER INSTRUCTIONS

● Click on user login to login or Click “click here for registration” to Register :

● Registration page
Fill up the form and choose the scenario from dropdown
1)Project completion
2)Part payment
3)Advance cess payment
● Project completion(2% penalty after add on cess amount if cess not paid in 30 days
from completion of work)
● Part payment

● Advance payment-
● Choose online mode of online to pay online(banking portal will open) and choose
payment method

● Payment successful
● If user wants to pay in offline mode then challan will print. After that user have to
submit and pay the amount to the bank

● Payment history section where all the past transactions are stored
● Next, user have to type payment transaction id and upload the payment receipt and submit. .
