How To Make Chicken Curry
Ingredients:

Heat the oil in a flameproof casserole dish or large frying pan over medium heat.
Add the onion and a generous pinch of salt and fry for 8-10 mins, or until the
onion has turned golden brown and sticky. Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for a
further minute.
Chop the chicken into chunky 3cm pieces, add to the pan, and fry for 5 mins
before stirring through the spice paste and tomatoes, along with 250ml water.
Bring to the boil, lower to a simmer and cook on a gentle heat uncovered for 25-
30 mins or until rich and slightly reduced.
Stir though the yogurt, coriander and ground almonds, season and serve with
warm naan or fluffy basmati rice.

Methods:
Combine the chicken and water. Clean the chicken then drain it.

Add water and wait until it boiling, then add the chicken.
While chicken is simmering, prepare the vegetables: peel the carrots and
potatoes. Chop into a few chunks.
Add the vegetables to the soup.Roughly 30 minutes then add tomato and celery.
Turn off the stove and chicken soup is ready to be served.

1 liter plain milk

Procedures:
Combine Jelly, sugar, vanilla and water. Stir continuously until mixture thickens.
Turn on the stove. Set over medium-high heat, stir until it is boiled.
Turn off the stove then add milk.
Pour into a bowl or a mold. Refrigerate at leat 4 hours.
Take the puding out of refrigerator and serve it in individual serving dishes.

Put 100g plain flour, 2 large eggs, 300 ml milk, 1 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil, and a
pinch of salt into a bowl or large jug, then whisk to a smooth batter.
Set aside for 30 mins to rest if you have time, or start cooking straight away.
Set a medium frying pan or crêpe pan over medium heat and carefully wipe it
with some oiled kitchen paper.
When hot, cook your pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden, keeping them
warm in a low oven as you go.
Serve with lemon wedges and caster sugar, or your favorite filling. Once cold,
you can layer the pancakes between baking parchment, then wrap them in cling film
and freeze them for up to 2 months.
