Although, a validation meeting for URU has been held between Rajuk and MoHPW on December
20, 2021; Lots of comments and remarks had been made and it was not validated at the first
attempt.

Achieved: Column and Beam casing done at roof of B1, Centering and shuttering work
of basement slab is on-going, Earth filling/back filling up-to grade beam on-going,
Piling work on-going. Schedule of piling is laging behind.
Start of piling for laboratory buildig was late all the schedule work is laging behind due
to design change.
Mobilization of steel building errection equipment/tools and material(i.e., beam and
column, decking pannel ) are pending.
